Al Gore III pleaded guilty Monday to possessing marijuana and other drugs, but a judge told the former Veep's son he can withdraw that plea and have the charges dropped if he successfully completes a drug diversion program. What a bargain!
Cops say the 24-year-old was going 100+ MPH in his Prius on an Orange County freeway when they pulled him over. Multiple drugs were found in his car.
Gore pleaded guilty to two felony counts of drug possession, two misdemeanor counts of drug possession without a prescription, and one misdemeanor count of marijuana possession.
He will be sentenced on February 7.

this young man needs to grow up and realize that he did't get hurt or hurt anybody else...grow up kid...next, just because he has a rich daddy should not make such a difference...you know the "justice for all" and most anybody know that's a two way street.
am sure glad he didn't kill someone while he was going so fast...speed kills...this judge should "step down" because he sure didn't give out any justice. even paris hilton got more jail time than that for her "crime", not to mention the other people that have been in the news. WAKE UP AMERICA.... he had two felonies and three misdeameanors...IF IT WAS YOU OR I, WE WOULD BE LOCKED UP FOR YEARS AND YEARS...ALL DRUGS THAT WOULD PUT US IN PRISON FOR YEARS, MAYBE LIFE....HE WON'T SPEND ANY TIME IN JAIL....old fashioned justice is gone... 65yrs young and a concerned American...

There is only one reason for him not being in jail right now.
That is the fact that he managed to get such a car to drive that fast. Even the judge must have been impressed!
Maybe Linsey or Paris should try to break this speed record on a bicycle. Paris have trained, so she should be considered a favorite.
The price should be no charges and probation to be over with. Please do NOT wear a bicycle helmet.
