You are an idiot. Judges 99% of the time sentence based upon their personal opinion. THAT IS THEIR JOB DIPWAD. What do you think caselaw is? Why do you think a judges decision is called an "opinion".

65. If you read the history of the Hilton's, Paris is very Lucky to be getting any money.
Her great-grandfather, the founder of Hilton Hotels, left all his money to charties but when he died, his children fought the will in order to keep his wealth and they won. She and her family were very close to being just like the rest of us. I hope she does good deeds with her money, and grow up.

74. 34. I find it hilarious that people think that Paris would need to pay TMZ or that any of her family reads these articles to post "good things" about her.

The Hiltons are trying to adminster damage control- her mother, father, aunt and siblings all post as pretend fans on this site. I find it hilarious you think it doesn't happen.

I don' t know anyone who views Hilton as "flighty." Quite the contrary. We still view Hilton as a manipulative, attention hungry, self-absorbed photo/media opportunist with little talent. She has used her “Hilton heiress” status and subsequent power base for years to hopefully, one day, become an entertainment “star.” This is an extremely "street-saavy" business person, but no one would ever accuse her of being intelligent.

My wife and I do not approve of Hilton’s touting herself as a role model for teenagers for obvious reasons. If she begins to take responsibility for her actions, and gives some serious time and money to more charitable causes – one of the assertions she made well over a month ago -- then we, and the rest of the world, just might begin to take her more seriously.
