Hatcher Summer School: Paparazzi 101

Teri Hatcher gave daughter Emerson an important lesson any concerned mom would give their child -- how to deal with paparazzi!

TMZ cameras were at L.A.'s Grove shopping center last night as the "Desperate Housewife" and her adorable 9-year-old daughter -- a product of Hatcher's marriage to Jon Tenney -- waited for the valet. As the two stood by for their car, Teri can be heard warning Emerson "Don't say anything" if the photog tried to talk to them.

The former Bond Girl and her fashionable spawn then took off for places unknown, Emerson leaving with new knowledge on how to deal with prying photogs -- when she starts frequenting Hyde.

4. Gee, if you have a young girl who's always with her mother, and whose mother isn't flashing herself to anyone within ten miles or shaving her head in her spare time, why would you make the idiotic assumption that the young girl would turn up in her teenage years at Hyde?

Could it be because the little girl wouldn't share information to make TMZ's day? Nahhhhhhhhhhh....

5. Funny title...I actually attended summer school with Terri in Sunnyvale, up in northern California back in the day. It was a special summer session for people who were graduating early. She was a stunning child, but I think she knew even then she was destined for better things. She sat in the back of the class, spoke to no one and tossed her hair a lot.

6. This little 9 year old girl wore an off the shoulder dress at Eva's Paris wedding and is now wearing kitten heeled boots. Looks like Terri encourages her young daughter to dress to attract the wrong kind of attention. It doesn't speak well for Terri Hatcher.
