34. Hey - this girl is underage. I think it is not responsible to show pictures like this. There are plenty of over-18 train wrecks to photograph. I understand famous people get caught in weird private moment poses, but I take exception to publishing one for some who is under 18.

39. The fact is, Hayden was standing around in public talking to a man. So she is such a piece of trash she puts her hands down her pants in front of this guy, in public? And maybe she hasn't been caught doing coke and stuff, but she is sure headed in the wrong direction, and her parents have helped Hayden every step of her club partying way, took her to all the hot clubs to show her how it's done and she isn't even 18. Even at 18 she shouldn't be doing clubs, I would like to know how these clubs get away with all these minors supporting them.

40. #36....actually 14 is the age of consent in Canada. The figure of 18 / 19 you refer to is 'legal age'...being old enough to vote basically.

43. #43, Steve, the law allows sex at 14-15, but only with someone within 5 years of age difference. Provincial age of majority must still be met to do many things, smoke, drink, etc., as well as legally have sex.

She's been a skank for years, photos of her smoking and licking everything in sight are all over the internet so don't go after TMZ for this one little shot, Hayden herself POSES for worse stuff than this.
