You are one of the few creditable journalist left and I know that your great career is winding down and you are sitting on buckets of cash to do GMA and the occasional celebrity interview because, well, you are freaking Diane Sawyer and you can. I really want to keep despising her completely, but then she says something at least passably mature and responsible-- more so than, say, bitching and moaning about it and screaming hysterically for Mommy-- when confronted with the consequences of her actions.

144. I can't believe she's pregnant. She's so frail I figured she stopped menstrating. I hope now she will eat plenty of healthy food and have a healthy baby. I pray she gives the little one a decent name.

145. I don't undertstand why all these so-called celebrities think that it's chic to do jail time. They aren't even close to a real jail. They haven't contributed anything to society. Now, Nicole Richie says she's sorry and wants to take responsibility. What grandstanding! The fact that interviewers like Larry King and Diane Sawyer are playing into their hands is equally as pathetic. Now Lance Garrison is getting only 90 days then probation.....he was responsible for the death of someone. Money certainly speaks and not just in Washington, D.C.
