What do Barack Obama, Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan have in common? If you answered, "They all hang out at Los Angles hot spot Area," you'd be politically correct!

Yes, that's right, Senator Obama will be hosting a fundraiser August 9 at uber hip nightclub Area where L.A.'s "finest" are spotted nightly -- oiling up and making the scene. Obama in the house! This is the same night the candidates will be appearing at the HRC's Presidential Forum on GLBT issues.

Tickets are $250 per person, RSVP required! DUI arrests are the responsibility of individual attendees.

32. STUPID!!!!!! Obama is raising cash at some popular restaurant/ bar and TMZ is trying DESPERATELY to connect this little tidbit with the usual suspects (Linds, Paris, whoever). Where is he going? Who will be there? Is there any real connection here? Hell no. Pretty lame TMZ!

43. THE CLUB IS NOT CALLED "AREA" that means (as it's written) the area in LA.. Theres no HOT SPOT in LA called AREA.
