Move over Nicole Richie! Britney Spears doesn't need a DUI to drive on the wrong side of the road!

The wayward mother of two took her eldest son, Sean Preston, for a spin in her convertible Mini Cooper on Tuesday, and was snapped crossing the double yellow line while attempting to get back on the right side of the road. From train wreck to car wreck!

This isn't the first time Brit has been caught making major flubs in her Mini Coop! Last year, an uproar ensued after Spears was photographed driving a then eight-month-old Sean P in the back -- in a front facing child seat.

9. How bad, what a crime....! Just kidding, as if other people wouldn't do so.

The stripper should be left alone, fall into oblivion. The permanent news about her is getting on everybody's nerves and you do her a favour by reporting about her almost daily semi-nude publicity stunts.

11. She won't last too much longer living the lifestyle that she has choosen. It's a shame to say, the kids would be better off with KEVIN...and that's not saying much! She as all young mothers need to realize.Once you become a mom, your priorities HAVE to change. It's no longer all about them. These kids don't stand a chance unless both parents wise up.

13. If this photo is legitimate in that she truly crossed over the line from bad driving, I can only hope that Kevin AND Britney's mother are in court TODAY to take these kids away from Britney.

15. it doesn't look like Britney was swerving...it looks like she was crossing over. ALSO, I don't like Britney at all, but come on now...photogs are there following her? Maybe she did it on purpose for the publicity??????
