Move over Nicole Richie! Britney Spears doesn't need a DUI to drive on the wrong side of the road!

The wayward mother of two took her eldest son, Sean Preston, for a spin in her convertible Mini Cooper on Tuesday, and was snapped crossing the double yellow line while attempting to get back on the right side of the road. From train wreck to car wreck!

This isn't the first time Brit has been caught making major flubs in her Mini Coop! Last year, an uproar ensued after Spears was photographed driving a then eight-month-old Sean P in the back -- in a front facing child seat.

136. u people r such followers. one day u love her cuz tmz says, the next day u hate on her cuz of tmz. lol u act like she's the only person thats ever driven like this with there kids in the car. so many americans have done worse and we dont hear about it. cuz she's famous u all judge her. who r we to judge? in the pic she is doing nothing wrong, tmz is makin nothin out of something. tmz is just upset cuz they have nothin else to talk about. paris and the other party girls r no where in site, so they have to talk about someone. so they picked britney.

139. For the love of god...will someone take those kids away from her. Even Kevin is looking like Mary Poppins to the world now. Maybe giving him full custody would be a good idea.

140. I love her car,very cute. I do not agree that Kevin is a better parent. If we all knew what he was up to we would prob die. He is not any better than her I'm sure! He is laying low right now just to see how much $$$ he can get out of her.
