38. if she wasn't so busy trying to get every photographer to take pictures of her, she might be able to WATCH THE FREAKING ROAD. my god, people, stop defending her. there are OTHER people that drive on those roads also. does she have to kill someone or something? it's shameful how some of you have that 'leave her alone, let her do what she wants' attitude. you'd be singing another tune if she killed one of your relatives while she was on the road. and honestly, that kid shouldn't be in a convertable to begin with.

39. She was probably trying to get away from or avoid a paparazzi photographer. But, of course they've left that tidbit out of the story and photo. Big friggen deal she's seen going over the yellow in a residential area; you can tell she's driving under 10 miles a mile, and likely even backing out of a driveway

I agree with others. This Brit Spears obsession is a bore and most of this nonsense the press comes up with borders the ridiculous.

41. The sad part of all this is that she actually wants....BEGS.... for the attention. She is such a sad story. She needs to just stay out of the limelight and take care of herself. 42. I'm sorry, but I briefly crossed over into the other lane last night on my way to Wal-Mart. It happens to everyone. I'm sure everyone on the TMZ staff drives in a perfectly straight line and never veers.

I'm not defending Britney because I do think she's unstable, but. c'mon, Britney crossing a yellow line is not news worthy.

45. Reply to #25..... Why should she not be able to drive her convertible just because some obnoxious photogs are continuously following her? She likes the car/convertible so why not drive it? I know if my parents had a convertible I would want to ride in it with the top down! Its summer in California!! its hot and the perfect weather to ride with the top down.

By the way, Brit is by no means a perfect parent(knowone is) but atleast shes seen with her kids unlike so many celebs who can't handle all their kids but still continue to adopt more!
