Move over Nicole Richie! Britney Spears doesn't need a DUI to drive on the wrong side of the road!

The wayward mother of two took her eldest son, Sean Preston, for a spin in her convertible Mini Cooper on Tuesday, and was snapped crossing the double yellow line while attempting to get back on the right side of the road. From train wreck to car wreck!

This isn't the first time Brit has been caught making major flubs in her Mini Coop! Last year, an uproar ensued after Spears was photographed driving a then eight-month-old Sean P in the back -- in a front facing child seat.

They are turned towards the left, as if she is pulling out of a driveway. if she was just trying to cross back over from the right lane, wouldn't the tires be turned towards the right??

51. She is just making it easier and easier for Kevin to get the kids. Lucky for them...she is a terrible mother and human being for that matter. I have hated her since "Baby, One More Time". Her level of fame makes me sick....isn't there anything better to hear about?

It's not against the law to cross over a yellow line, it's the 'DOUBLE' yellow line that's a law breaker, (so there would be two yellow lines on each side of the road, making four lines total. Get out your driving DMV rules.. (wink)

59. Please people......This photo was obviously taken to make it look as though she was driving on the wrong side of the road. Pan the picture out some........Do you not think that there is a possibility that there is a driveway over to the right that she was making a left had turn out of?? Come on now. I love gossip but report something true or show us the "rest" of the picture that was obviously cropped off.

Look directly above the car.....there are driveways lining that street.

My post(s) are because when I click submit, to shows up twices, Im not sure why. And no it's not a DOUBLE line... One YELLOW LINE is on the north bound side and the other YELLOW LINE IS ON THE SOUTH BOUND SIDE.. Yes, there are two lines showing per say.... but the lines are for different sides of the street.

Two sets of solid double yellow lines which are spaced two or more feet apart sometimes appear as a road marking. Such lines stand for a solid wall. Don’t drive on or over such a road marking. You may not make a left turn or a U-turn across it. Cross only at plainly marked openings.
