Lindsay's DUI Dash Cam Under Wraps

The Santa Monica P.D. has just told TMZ that if Lindsay Lohan was indeed caught on dash cam, we won't be able to see it just yet.

A source from the cop shop would not say for sure if a tape exists, but if it does, we won't see it until Lindsay makes her first court appearance on August 24. Dammit!

By the way, even though the cops won't acknowledge that a tape exists, we've heard otherwise. Stay tuned!

1. Send her to jail. Keep Nicole in Jail. Get Paris back in jail. Put Britnay under the jail cell.

5. I hope there is a tape because if not that means she will get away with out going to prison. Trust me, there going to let her slide if there is no evidence. She's a con-artist and she'll act like the victum all the way to court.

12. If the dashcam tape exists, then her little pampered arrogant ass is TOAST. The tape will not only show her drunkenly stumbling around & refusing to undergo the field sobriety test (breathalizer), then failing the "walk the line" test, but will also show her trying to blame her drunk driving on her passengers/kidnap victims. Hope she likes getting assaulted in prison; with her arrogant attitude, all those prison mama's will gang up on her ass in the first week...

14. She better go to jail and better not get off, she is going to use her time in rehab as credit for time served for her sentence but it should be voided since everyone knows her stint in rehab was a total joke.
