Paparazzo: Brit's Man Gave Me a Beat Down!

A photographer says Britney Spears' bodyguard attacked and beat him "without any provocation" outside the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas on July 26 -- and he has the injuries to prove it!

In a press release issued by lawyers for Flynet photographer Andrew Deetz, the photog alleges Spears' bodyguard, Julio "J.C." Camera, unleashed "a barrage of punches and kicks to the head and body." Deetz also claims Britney had to be to be stopped by hotel security from attacking him as well. He says she threw a baby bottle at him and yelled, "I am going to kill you! I am going to f***ing kill you!" He added that she shouted that he should get a restraining order against her because if she didn't kill him, she would hire someone that would! Like who, K-Fed?

Las Vegas Metropolitan Police were called and J.C. was issued a citation for misdemeanor battery.

Deetz, who maintains he always kept a safe distance of approximately 30-50 feet while photographing Spears, says the attack caused him "multiple bruises to his face and head as well as injuries to his brain, neck and other parts of his body." He claims he continues to receive treatment for his injuries.

31. It comes with being famous. Although the photogs are supposed to stay x many feet away from them and their children. WTF is she bitching about anyway? She has issues with photogs being in her face but she roams around LA with her children half ass buckled in her car? She has much bigger fish to fry than the paparazzi although this is a great diversion.

32. No one touched her kids if her kids were assaulted someone would be a jail cell right now. Britney is a LIAR, and she deserves all the heart aches she gets. She needs to act like a real mother and stop ho ing around town and take care of her kids who she obviously doesnt love.

34. Any fool knows he could have got the shot(s) from a respectable distance. He was there to take pictures of them, do you actually believe he didn't see the toddler? He just didn't care, chose money over a child's well-being. Thankfully, it wasn't worse...he could have fallen from the bodyguard's arms. He should be charged and sued, totally selfish and careless! BTW, this is coming from someone who can't stand Britney.

41. #10 Don't insult the memory of Anna Nicole, by comparing her to this piece of garbage. Anna, always showed respect to the public. What she did in her personal life was her business. I hope the parparazzi sues that lunatic. She outright threatend to kill Deetz or get someone to do it. If anyone of us made a threat like that, we would of been arrested and our children taken by social services.

44. #29? Steph? Where did you ever read or hear that being famous gave the paps grounds to be IN YOUR FACE? Taking pics......yes.....agreed from a distance. Inches from their faces? Or their kids faces? NO! And if you remember, this whole story broke because the photog "accidentely" which is probably true.....hit her child in the head with the camera. That's TOO CLOSE! Have we not seen an onslaught of celebs striking photogs? We seem to hear about them 1st hand right here! If you wantpics.....great...take them from afar. No reason at all to be in their face.
