He will spend tonight at Men's Central Jail.

This is simpy a test to Lane and the defense. He will be sentenced on October 31, 2007 to a more formal charge.

He has remorse, and was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time. He made a poor choice. He can rehabilitate with probation and sobriety.

49. Someone died due to Mr. Garrison's irresponsible behavior. He drank too much and got behind the wheel of a weapon.
I think the justice system is too lenient on drunken killers. They make the choice to pour the drinks down their throats and then commit carnage on our roads. The charges should be murder.

56. This man got off easy. Period. If anyone else other than a "celebrity" had killed a teenage boy by drunk driving, they would be in prison for at least 10 years on involuntary manslaughter charges, not to mention driving while intoxicated and endangering the life of a minor. I don't care what this man's past consisted of. He is an adult and as an adult legally responsible for the decisions he makes. This "judge" should be investigated and benched for practically letting this man walk. 3 months in a jail to be evaluated to see if he can do straight parole? WTF?? I feel so bad for the parents of the young man that died. Not only is the ONLY child dead but there is no justice for the man who is responsible for his death. MONEY=BS JUSTICE in Beverly Hills.

60. I suppose his 90 day "evaluation" will count as time served and he'll get half time off for good behavior and pay a fine and go to rehab and that'll be the end of it.
