Victim's Father Upset by Garrison's PSA

Michelle Ohana's dad is now on the stand, and testified he's really upset over Lane Garrison's recent public service announcement -- which first ran on TMZ.

It's fronted by a remorseful Garrison and shows a recreation of the fatal accident.
