59. Someone in U.S. Gov't/Foreign Affairs ought to 'encourage' Mexico to hold this matter to a 'higher standard' or call in a favor if needs be. After all, Luster is a horrendous criminal. Had Dog and crew not interceded, how many Peurto Vallarta women would have been raped and filmed? Good grief, does ANYONE with any pull care about justice for Dog? Shouldn't each case be looked at on its' own merit? Why has the Dog and crew not been paid any bounty? Something more is up here.
