62. Why is it out of all his bandmates Stephen is the only one that's sueing him. What is it he got fired so now he wants to sue if it wasn't for manson where would this guy be at now. Marilyn Manson ROCKS i have like 7 of his CD's and i'm 32-years-old so his music is not just for kids LOL. As for the skeleton don't we all have skeleton in ower closets well his is real and around his house so what is the big deal.

67. Wow big Shock MM is an artist! He has an act. Get over it. If this is a publicity stunt, it is week at best. It's simply accounting. A band is a business, and depending how it is set up will determine the outcome. Was Stephen Bier Jr. A Partner? A Collaborating artist? Or was he merely a hired gun musician. The Weird items listed would be part of the act.. They could have legitimate reasons for the band to buy them. Who Knows, thats between the owner of the bands rights, the lawyers and the IRS. The engagement ring is going to be more difficult. Only if it was purchased from Marilyns rightful personal proceeds would this be acceptable. $20 Million Dollars? Seems excessive. Even if he held writing, scoring and performing rights it doesn't seem possible.

By the way Love him or hate him - He puts on an astonishing live show. And has always been able to make people take notice of him.

68. stephen is not the first ex-bandmate to sue manson and i doubt he'll be the last, manson is a two faced backstabber who has screwed over all of the musicians who helped him get to where he is today

70. Founding member or not, that does not necessarily mean that he is entitled to the same percentages of the profits as MM. Ask the members of KISS who's rights belong predominently by Gene Simmons.I'm just saying this is not a I hate/ you hate situation. Its about accounting legalities.
