31. What a selfish individual Jack Nicholson is. He hates wearing condoms, so instead he brings children into the world. Those children deserve better. I don't care how much money he pays the mothers (If he does indeed pay, the article didn’t say); a child needs a Father in their life. A Father who regularly visits them and helps raise them. I can't say that he doesn't do this, but with his cavalier attitude I would suspect not. The women that allowed him to be with them without a condom should be ashamed of themselves as well. They contributed to the situation they put their children in.

If you lay down with someone and make a human being that needs a roof over their head and plenty of love and affection-then you OWN UP to YOUR RESPONSIBILITY!!!!!!! You take care of your child and you PAY!!!! No ifs ands or buts. The child support system is actually more in favor of the fathers in the sense of how long it takes to actually get the support and all a man has to do is leave jobs or jump jurisdiction and they can't "find' him. All they have to do is nationalize the system and just like the IRS always gets their money, the child's mom can get the assistance that she needs from the only other responsible party to the child. The "father"! So, Kelvin-stop being a whiny mama's boy and be a man and pay your child support!!!

33. Awesome Eddie doesn't owe scary a cent. She got his phenomenol geans for her baby, and she should be so lucky. Eddie is one of the greatest minds of the 20th century. She tricked him into having a baby and now she wants a piece of Eddie's pie. She is already a millionare! Uber gold diggers like scary only have a chance in America with their whacked out judical system that treats men like crap. In any other part of the world, she wouldn't have a chance. 37. No...parenting is a shared responsibility...and, yet...these women don't appear to be worried in the least about Murphy being there for the kids or not. Again...its all about money here...and I'd say the same thing if it was in reverse...and a father was after the money of a rich and famous woman, for the sole purpose of just that, getting money and using children to get it. Fact is, it is wrong either way...and this has nothing to do with gender...it has to do with what is right...and what isn't.

Children should not be made to feel like they are human lottery tickets...that's also child abuse!!! And disputes between their parents should not be made public, something that all parties in the Eddie Murphy case, have done...again, gender has nothing to do with it!!!
My point is, when a relationship ends, let it end. The best revenge, is no revenge. By just going on with your life and living a good life...starting anew in a flesh relationship, will actually work to make your ex miss and respect you as he/she comes to realize their mistake in leaving you in the first place--this, as opposed to acting like an obsessive stalker who can't let go...and is complaining all the time about the past!!!!

I for one was against Kevin Federline, all the way. I thought he was a no good loser, up until Britney turned out to be crazy!!! And if, Kevin was the crazy one...I'd still be in full support of Britney all the way.

39. #41 I suppose Jack Nicholson is black too? I often wonder why people who have nothing useful to contribute to a useful debate always seem to run for the race card. It just reflects an amazing lack of intellect. Nicholson and Murphy are a disgrace but the sad truth is that this only partly reflects the real magnitude of the problem of some men declining to accept responsibility for their children (both emotionally and financially).

If Eddie Murphy was not famous and worth 10 thousand dollars, there'd be no Gloria Alred calling names here, no press conferences, no staged appearances at the Ivy restaurant, and no interest from these two women who are attacking Mr. Murphy!!! They wouldn't be meeting, talking about babies, and Mel B wouldn't be suing Eddie Murphy for anything!!!

I think you all noticed by now, Mel B sure isn't talking about the cross dressing father of her first child who was accused of being a child molester!!! Where is the demand for child support there...or Gloria Alred, and the accompanying press conferences??? Nowhere in sight...cause the guy isn't famous, has no power and has no money!!!

The forementioned facts proves once again...when it comes to Mel B suing Eddie Murphy, this is only about cash...not the baby's personal welfare...a baby, BTW, who is rich, simply because her mother is already rich. Which begs the question: What does she (Mel B) need Murphy's money for when the child is already rich???!!! Answer: Simple greed!!!

41. 28. Just how much money does it take in child support to feed and diaper a tiny little baby? It's not like the child was big enough to walk. She can't buy some baby food and a few diapers for her baby herself?

Does Eddie have to start paying the first day the child is born? I am sure she will collect soon enough, but don't say he hasn't given her money until there is a need for it. The woman has plenty of money, and since she did not use birth control, she knew just what she was doing. Eddie will pay, but no need to go overboard.

44. When it comes to having unplanned children, both parties are equally responsible for the consequences, and neither is more of a (fill in the blank) than the other one. As far as I'm concerned, male and female are selfish and irresponsible for this kind of behavior. No amount of name calling or lawsuits or money is going to compensate for the obvious absence of a secure family unit.
