200. First of all, Right is Right & Wrong is Wrong, & When you do something wrong(such as killing someone, b/c you & you're significant other had a falling out.) You have to pay the consequences for your actions, accident or not. I mean how can anyone think that she should get off scot-free. I think people should look at it from the victim's family side, I mean how would you feel if you're Mom, Sister, Daughter, Wife & Friend was fatally killed in an car accident? Also how would you want this situation handled her being a celebrity or not? I am or was a fan of Brandy's but I just feel like justice needs to be served, & I feel like we're living in a society where it's okay if you commit crimes as long as you have money or if you're rich & famous it's okay. & To me that is not Justice she needs to woman-up & face the consequences for her wrongful actions.

203. What's selfish and dumb, Sara, is being reckless and causing injury and death and then not wanting to pay!!!

Y would someone want to be hurt in an accident, possibly not be able to work, then be caught up in time consuming and costly litigation for months?

209. This may have been an accident, but as a result of Brandy's driving a women lost her life. If we don't hold someone responsible then no one would go to jail or be held responsible for anything.

You know if it was the average joe, we would have gone to jail along time ago. No questions asked. People with money feel they have special license to get away with anything. Let's send a message here that says, as soon as you get behind the wheel of a car or SUV you are held responsible for you actions or lack of it.
