32. Do any of you know if Brandy was really on her cellphone? Any proof. You should try to drive on 95 through New Jersey. All those a-holes drive too close and tailgate. Maybe she was following too closely? The girl isn't a criminal by far. Take her license away for a year or two.

34. Remember this is in Los Angeles, the same city that allowed OJ Simpson to walk and Robert Blake to avoid charges despite the overwhelming evidence. This city is bought and sold by the rich celebrities. Am I Jealous? not really, since I'm not a criminal but I just think it is so pathetic that the LA prosecutors office tries to give an image of fairness...JOKE.

35. Just another black person's behavior being "excused" because they deserve special treatment. If you attempt to hold her accountable, she will place the race card and Al, Jesse or one of the other usual cast of characters will come out of the woodwork hollering racism. 36. Further more, I remember when this was first reported. She cut some people off and pulled right in front of them with her big SUV, and SHE DID LEAVE THE SCENE OF THE CRIME. EXACTLY AS THEY REPORTED.

And for you idiots claiming it was just an accident. That exactly right, and accidents happen all the time where damage is done and lives are lost, and in those cases of "accidents" where damage and loss of life occur, people are held responsible for man-slaughter and other crimes due to their "accident".

She is a criminal and needs to be put behind bars where she belongs!!!!!!!!!!

37. Lane Garrison was under the influence of alcohol and cocaine along with having liquored up minors in his vehicle. Brandy wasn't drunk or taking drugs, and it was an accident. She should get her driving privileges suspended and pay compensation to the victim's family.

38. Accidents don't happen. People make them happen. Driving a big SUV and speeding and talking on a cell phone is an accident waiting to happen. Brandy set herself up for this one. Now she can pay for using very bad judgement. Serve her time for being a moron.

42. Gee, Kendra, you think Brandy has suffered enough? Nothing has happened to her. She hasn't gone to jail or paid one dime to the victims.

If Paris Hilton or another white star killed a black person in a car accident, you would be having a fit. Fat Al would be down here talking out of his ass.

43. There is absolutely no justice in that county. Celebrities get away with anything while the rest of the world gets punished. The court system there is a joke. She killed someone even if it was an accident. It was an accident that SHE caused. I would be put to death or put in prison for life in Texas. What a joke and quite frankly I'm sick of it. No wonder they never learn - they're never punished.
