Sean Stewart -- Not Going Down Without a Fight

Clean cut and quiet, Sean Stewart rolled up to L.A. County Criminal Court earlier today, where Rod's kid affirmed that he's fighting the brick-bashing charges against him "all the way."

TMZ caught up with the "Sons of Hollywood" star outside of court, where he told cameras he felt "good" about today's events inside the courtroom. Stewart, accompanied by his manager David Weintraub, asked his reps how to answer the burning question, "Are you going to fight this all the way?" His rep quickly responded "Yes, absolutely." It's clear they're hoping that they don't throw the brick book at Sean.

A preliminary hearing was set for September 18. Stewart faces four felony charges, including assault with a deadly weapon and vandalism.

16. Sean Stewart is a spoiled, self indulged, self centered hollywood brat. He has absolutely nothing to contribute to society. He's immature and full of himself. Maybe jail will humble him but I doubt it. He has no clue of how obnoxious and empty he is. Great job Alana and Rod!

18. People who wish ill on others are the ones who need a good "slapping". I agree with the comment from Squeegis. Sean has a quick mind, is perfectly capable of making his own way if he trusts his aptitudes, and must become determined to disallow negative, past or present interferences (his father's fame, addictions, rude TMZ commentors, his ADHDism).

Personally, I like his voice better than his dad's, he's cuter, but he must do whatever it takes to allow only his positive attributes/capabilities to rule his existence. Bury any ugly pasts and plant flowers on them, Sean. You'll be okay!

19. it is amazing to me that people have such strong opinions of a someone they have never seen in person, let alone met or spoken to...it leads me to believe that people are so envious of the lives of the others that they focus judgment to distract from ones self. i am sure that the people commenting on this page have no idea what the facts of this case are, nor the person the accused is. Quite unfortunate in my eyes that so many people who live in glass houses throw stones...based on the comments above, i would have to say that none have stricken me to be better than what they, themselves, wrote...funny.

oh yeah, and i love when one condemns violence by saying that the condemned should be slapped...do these people have any intelligence?

20. This guy is a total loser! His "manager" is a childhood friend! and as far as him getting a job at K-Mart, he's just too dumb. Poor Rod!
