Despite reports that trainwreckarific Lindsay Lohan returned to mother Dina's Long Island home to recover from her recent DUI arrest drama, a rep for LiLo claims that she never made it back to her big orange mama's house. Instead, a rep tells Us Weekly, Lohan is in rehab at an undisclosed location.


"It would be counterproductive to the medical treatment she's receiving to release Lindsay's whereabouts at this time,"

Her rep would neither confirm nor deny an "Entertainment Tonight" report that La Lohan was hiding out at the Cirque Lodge rehab center in Sundance, Utah.

Sheen/Richards Divorce Heats Up


All's fair in love and divorce! Warring exes Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards are at it again, as Sheen gears up to take Richards to court over increased visitation rights with their daughters, Lola and Sam. Sheen's currently allowed only supervised visits.

Friends of Sheen told Page Six that Richards is "doing everything she can to keep his visits supervised by her nanny, because her nanny spies for her." Sheen's posse also claim that Richards wants another kid -- with Sheen -- and that Richards is jealous of Sheen's new fiancee, Brooke Mueller. Sheen's team allege that Richards is going out of her way to get in the spotlight by inviting Brooke out and even claiming to have sent Brooke congratulatory flowers, when in fact, "Brooke never got the flowers."

While Sheen's rep refused comment, Richards went on rumor control, claiming that Sheen is telling major lies because "he's not happy with me and the custody arrangement. I don't want another kid right now." And as for the bogus bouquet, "I have the bill for the flowers I sent from Mark's Garden. Brooke even showed my nanny the flowers."

Spencer: Bring It On!

Spencer Pratt haters, it's your lucky day! The boyfriend of boobalicious "Hills" star Heidi Montag is encouraging his enemies to visit his website to tell him how much they hate his guts. The attention-whoring Pratt has even started a special category on his site just for "sh*t talking," where he encourages the haterade to flow. "Feel free to hate on me!!!! Don't forget to hate on me while your [sic] watching The Hills season three," he writes.


Prattling Pratt stoked the drama fires by telling Us Weekly that sworn enemy Lauren Conrad is nothing more than a "spoiled brat" who is using his fiancee, Montag, to drum up publicity for Conrad's new fashion line. He also claimed that Conrad destroyed a sex tape she made with ex-boyfriend and rehabbed trainwreck Jason Wahler -- and offered to take a lie detector test to prove it.

Party Favors...No Happy Birthdays at J.T.'s Place...Meryl Messed Up Acting School?

Just because Southern-fried restaurant Southern Hospitality is owned by popstar Justin Timberlake doesn't mean that guests will ever hear a tune. Gatecrasher reports that a patron was celebrating a birthday and asked servers to sing "Happy Birthday," but wait staff refused. "We don't sing," they explained. ... Oscar-winning actress Meryl Streep almost flunked out of acting school, report Rush and Molloy. "They almost kicked me out of Yale," she admits in the new book "Actors at Work," and was told that she wasn't ambitious enough. "'You don't want it hard enough.' It was a fair criticism. But I didn't think I needed it, necessarily, to be an actor and a happy person."

31. Ummm you can't sing Happy Birthday in a restaurant, its a copyrighted song. A lot of restaurants don't sing at all if they don't have their own version of the song to perform, otherwise they get sued.

32. Spencer Pratt and his girlfriend are such a jokes!! They are constant publicity seekers with point-less write ups in Life & Style as well as In touch. Like how the created a big story focusing on her breast implants or their engagement, is Heidi really stupid enough to think the male golddigger is in love! The truth of the matter is when he looks at Heidi he sees dollar signs. And as for Lauren Conrad, the reason why he hates her so much is because like most folks she see right through him. Not to mention he is a liar! He told a magazine that he new nothing about LC's tape when the gosspi first hit the street. Funny now he claims LC destroyed it! Just another BS story put out by attention seeking Pratt!

36. Denise Richards you are not happy that you dumped your husband and he fell in love with someone else so quickly. Why did you send Brook congratulation flowers? You know you did not mean congratulation...you meant congratulation Bitch you really don't have my man. I'm sending these flowers because I just want to stick a knife in your heart Bitch.

He's not coming back and you kids will grow up to hate you if you continue with this behavior. Children have a right to have a relationship with both parents. You certaintly don't seem to be any better than he is so what's the freaking difference.

37. There are so, so MANY "out there" who do NOT care what happens to so-called Linsay's..."tranwreckoffic" behaviors. And up to a certain point I can agree..but Linds comes from such a totally screwed up and dysfunctional family . Both dad & mom...Mom, Dina, cannot decide whether to be Linds' Manager, Mother (Dina), drinking/drugging crap she (the mom) goes right alongside her increasingly trainwreck daughter. Then there is Linds' dad....he did lots of coke (and other addictive "street, recreational drugs"), alcohol and much other criminal things. He has been in and out of jail most of Linds' life! What a role model her mom & dad are to her! SO, SO, SAD! Granted, Lindsay is an adult and is capable (or should be capable) of making her own (personal choices, decisions) at this point....but for one thing...I believe that that the home life she grew up (in) was very detrimental to/for her and Lindsay "inherited" a very strong "addictive" gene from dad and mom !!! (Especially her good for nothing dad!)! I understand that she is at Cirque Lodge in Utah now. Maybe the 3rd time will be the "rehab" that FINALLY "takes" ! I truly hope so? !!! I'd originally heard that she packed up all her stuff and moved back to New York where feuding mom & dady (Dina & Michael) are "acting out" like two (2) 8 or 9 year kids. Linds would only be worse off if she went back to New York and became ensconed in her parents fights !! Was just curious...since her two court dates for DUI and other charges back in late May, 2007 and the latest charges this past July 24 ...after being in an "extended" rehab stay until July 13 then by the 23rd of July was picked up AGAIN for Dui, wreckless driving, driving on suspended license, having coke "on her person" ... do you all think she will be travelling directly from Cirque Lodge (in Utah) back to California (on Aug 24th) for BOTH of her court appearances and...if she gets jail time (which I believe is ALMOST a given!)...will she be able to go back to Cirque Lodge to keep her there for the remainder of her rehab however long that period of time is AND THEN have to report immediately for "jail time"...or will jail time take precedence"over"rehab time ?? Just curious !!! It's sad...Linds really could have made a really impactful career in the movie business! Sad, sad, sad!

40. What did Sheen expect? He married a bimbo. What did Richards expect? She married a man with a serious history of addictions and she blithely went ahead and had two children with him, never mind that addictive behaviour is generally hereditary and that given his problems there was a good chance her babies would grow up without their dad. Thoughtless, careless morons, the pair of them.
As for Lindsay, she is a talented actress well on her way to the morgue. Instead of getting serious help she just keeps checking into these glorified spas disguised as rehab centres.

41. I wonder if anyone who really cares about Lindsay is giving her any advice? If so, who in their right mind who have her go to another "Pampered Pet" rehab???

I know Lindsay is an adult, but I blame her parents (especially her mother) for contributing to most of Lindsay's problems. Just turned 21yrs, and so many deep mental, psychological problems and addictions.

If Lindsay is only in rehab to lessen jail time and not taking this seriously (again), what career she might be able to save and her life, will be doomed.
