Charlie to Denise -- You're a Nanny Goat!

TMZ has obtained a declaration filed by Charlie Sheen in his ongoing custody fight, in which the actor grumbles that the nanny situation just ain't working.

In the documents, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Sheen explains he's now engaged to Brook Mueller, whom Sheen says "has a strong relationship with my children and she and I provide them with a structured and safe environment." Sheen wants more time with the kids, without the intrusion of nannies approved by the court who must be present when he has the kids.

Charlie says "I am capable of selecting my own child care provider and I request an order permitting me to make that decision."

Sheen alleges recently, Richards "has repeatedly made unnecessary telephone calls to me and to my home. These calls have resulted in disputes between us." Sheen wants the court to 86 all non-emergency calls. He's also asking for extended visitation -- he'd like to pick the two kids Saturday morning and return them on Monday every third and fifth weekend of each month.

47. Yeah, to all of you who believe Charlie: The comments concerning the court are correct. The court probably ordered the nanny due to Mr. Sheen's volatile temperament and long history of addictive behavior. He certainly should be paying child support, and you are right that this has nothing to do with visitation. HIs comments about Denise's phone calls sound just like my ex- any phone call to him is considered intrusive if I am not 100% in agreement with everything he says. He is so crazy that I have gotten to the point where I don't want the pittance of child support he supplies, and I just wish he would go away. It is all about control; it's not about the welfare of the kids.

That is over.

Denise said he did this and that during their marriage. I do not believe the guy did illegal as she said like viewing child porn. Come on. If he did she would never let him see the kids and no judge would and the law would have jailed Charlie. They got divorce proceedings going,..Denise making all of the rules...and Richie was free and she was preoccupied even though she was slammed withRichie in the media.
All was well ,but now she was dumped by Richie,and is Chalire is not crying over her or walking on his knees begging her for another try
Charlie should stop the madness becaus eDenise is 1/2 a sick little girl. It takes two to bicker .
1-She calls- do not answer the phone. Let the help or ans. machine pick up.
2-He should cont . to see the girls , per Denise instructions, withher nanny the spy, because he does not ,Denise is going to say all kinds of things about him. Now, Charlie should have her nanny there ,but his own spy, his nanny and video cm too. That will shut up Denise the lunatic.
3) Communicate about the kids through their lawyers .There is really no need to talk to each other unless it is life or death ,God forbid emergency.
4) Denise needs a man.That is all. if she had a man, Charlie would not be a bother to her.
5) This marraige with Brooke Muelller is not going tolast pst the honeymoor stage. Charlie will have to pay big dollars to her. Charlie should find a woman his age, have no more kids, and just live together.

57. He's a pervert. He should never be alone with his children or any other children. All his pornography and prostitute doings makes him an unfit father. Who knows to what are those children exposed while at Charlie's house?.He'll probably get it, his weird father Martin will probably pay some judge to approve this most dangerous act. If anybody thinks that Charlie has stopped looking at pornography and using prostitutes is crazy. It is an addiction that he cannot break, no matter how much his father pays in rehabs.

58. Kyle @ # 22, you hit the nail on it;s head. This ugly whore is bringing most of Charlie's
past into all this. He made mistakes and he made a lot, but he was young and single
than and I know he is not a pervert. The Sheen's are a good nice family. They are a
very caring and close to each other and it seems like the judge is holding his past
against him which is not fair and maybe Bitchard's prmised the judge something, even
of the judge is a woman. Seriously, I wish people would let Charlie have a fair chance

59. Have you ever wondered why the celeb news and other crap is so predominant over the tv, internet, etc., instead of real news? Example: Paris Hilton, Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan, etc.

I don't think that it's just because people want to feed off the junk news:
I really don't want to sound paranoid, but I strongly suspect that the powers that be like the corrupt corporations, politicians, individuals and maybe even the terrorists are sidelining the public and making us focus on irrelevant, trashy, superficial subjects, while they go ahead and do whatever corrupt thing they want.
I feel as if we are becoming cattle driven to certain fields to do what they want to do, mainly become quiet worker drones and consumers, while they do whatever they want to to without being bothered by the media attention.

People, let's unite and analyze all the current important issues (by reading/ listening to unbiased media such as KCRW), lobby for important reforms, rock the vote, and let's petition and rally against corrupt individuals or entities.

Start focusing on important issues such as (1) the man-made threats to our environment, (2) corporate misdeeds (which often threaten the environment and our financial stability), (3) the mounting potential holocaust of the middle east, (4) corrupt politicians (who care more for getting voted in and further these corrupt corporations), (5) neglect and/ or abuse of children, (6) homeless, (7) the poor, (8) violence against minorities, etc. etc.

I feel respect for the generations before us who seemed to care and rallied against corruption.

I'm ashamed to admit that I am of today's generation who seem to care more about whether or not some starlet went to a night out without panties on then the current world problems that threaten to endanger the human civilization as we know it.
If only Ben Franklin and our founding fathers saw what we became today, on the one hand maybe proud of our achievements, especially in the scientific field, but ashamed of our ennui, sense of entitlement, superficiality, and general lack of passion for justice.
It seems that most of us have become what Albert Camus has described in "The Stranger". Let us all wake up and start today fresh.
