Jurassic Boy Band Unearthed!

On Monday, archeologists in NY discovered the remains of a previously unknown species -- adultus boy bandus!
Rich Cronin, Jeff Timmons, Chris Kirkpatrick, Lance Bass
Images from last night's sighting show three members from this highly rare phylum: 31-year-old Rich Cronin from something called LFO, 34-year-old Jeff Timmons (aka the non-Nick Lachey cute guy in 98 Degrees),and 35-year-old Chris Kirkpatrick (aka the one in 'NSYNC who isn't Justin, gay or on "Dancing with the Stars"). Sources tell TMZ that if it weren't for the appearance of Lance Bass, the species would never have been identified. Another gay superhero saves the day!

VH1 captured the highly uncommon group in its natural habitat for their reality documentary series, "Mission: Man Band." Lark week is here!

18. No, wait...there is a guy that isn't in the pic that gained some weight isn't there? I watched last night, and he has such an amazing voice, but I guess he wasn't there when they took this pic. Anyway, Rich cronin is so cool on the show, and Chris Kirkpatrick has such a beautiful house!!!!!!!.....Of course Jeff is one very HOT looking guy.....Good for them, i wish them all the best. Said a prayer for you Rich....God Bless!!!!!

19. The show is awesome....we all know there boy bands are over with, but you cant deny that they had major success. i for one will keep watching this show, i support them all!

20. I heard the guy from Color Me Bad had to go home because his wife was having a baby.
I don't think that Jeff is too bright wearing that shirt that says Jack Daniels since he got a DUI in Florida last year! His excuse was that he was the least drunk of the people in the car. And yes, Rich Cronin is recovering from leukemia. They showed how many pills he has to take a day.

21. People, the reason the guy from LFO "got fat" was because of the the medications he is taking for his illness.....They usually give you steroids for your immune system and it makes your face extremely bloated, so for all the smack talkers - SHUT UP and be lucky you aren't sick like him!

22. i heard stuff bout Rich Cronin's leukemia but it was never really publicized like the other lil whores of holly wood (lilo, parasite hilton etc etc.....)
its pretty sad and i honestly think at least he couldve done better and i dont kno.....write n encouraging and slightly fun book or something instead of rejoing a boyband?!

but what the hell, the world will never run out of tween girls who need men to fantasize over

23. If you think the show is a waste of time, who stapled you to the couch and made you watch the whole thing, but thank you for informing us that it was a waste of time. I thought it looked interesting, a hell of a lot more interesting than some of the crap that people think is entertaining (although thank god simple life got canceled).

And as others have pointed out, the guy from LFO is sick so the comments about his weight are pretty stupid. "hey he's fat? oh he's sick? he used to be cute" Congrats to some of the tmz readers for being insensitive jerks. Far easier sitting behind a keyboard and acting like a jerk, huh?

He's still in the middle of taking all his medications, and music is what makes him happy ... Saying "oh he should have written a fun book, not joined a boyband." What to entertain you? Let him do what makes him happy, if you don't like it.. No one cares.

He is suffering from recurring leukemia. During the show, he was undergoing chemo for a second bout of leukemia. Leukemia is a killer. I am sure how his looks is not primary for him anymore. He may be on steriods for his illness or another med that is causing him to retain water. Have some compassion!

28. OMG rich got sooo fat and ugly. i mean i saw him recently in pictures and he was ugly then, but he got horribly fat. he used to be so hot. what happened?

I have a newfound respect for him trying to futher his career while still undergoing treatments...while the idea of a manband is kind of creepy i'm kind of rooting for them and i hope rich feels better!!
