Paris was thrown in jail for probation violation, not DUI.

And Vivia is NOT going to jail for 90 days and paying a $1000 fine. That was reported as the MAXIMUM sentence for the crime by TMZ.

Don't look for racism when none exists. If there was any racism it came from your sista Vivica when she was arrested.

It's people like YOU that play the race card when it isn't there that is what's wrong with this country.

20. I can get more time for smoking in a bar than they do for DUI! It should be an automatic sentence of 1 year (365 days) for 1st offense DUI. No more and no less, for everybody, white, black, rich, poor. No good time or letting out early. No special cells, everyone in with the rest of the jail population. Forced to work 12 hrs a day on a chain gang.

30. Whose prejudice? Vivica didn't even attempt to hide her prejudice toward whites kids at school. A sweet old white teacher asked her to wait a couple minutes for the bell to go to the bathroom. Vivica glared at her and urinated all over her chair and herself. She was way too old for accidents and she didn't have had a bladder control problem. She had a hate problem. Crying prejudice got old a long time ago. Lay off the cop. IPS school 106. I know I'm not the only one who remembers this. Vivica belongs in a zoo, and they need to spread some newspaper under her cage.
