Judge to Vivica: You Booze, You Lose!

Vivica FoxYou won't be seeing Vivica A. Fox gettin' her drink on anytime soon -- one sip could bring the burpy DUI queen back in front of the judge.

TMZ was in L.A. County Superior Court earlier today, where a judge ordered Fox to stay stone sober until her September arraignment, but didn't, er, bar the actress from associating with drunks in Tinseltown. "She can be around it [alcohol] because of the nature of her work" the judge said, adding "but she cannot consume or possess it. I am not permitting her to consume alcohol." If she does drink, she could be forced to hand over thousands in bail money, due to the fact that she was originally released on her own recognisance.

The former "Dancing with the Stars" contestant was popped for DUI in March, after she whizzed past cops on the 101 Freeway in Los Angeles. We're told Fox blew a .09 on a Breathalyzer test, just over the .08 legal limit. If convicted, Fox faces a maximum of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.

33. Hey, Jonny SoCal -- AMEN my man! That comment of yours is SPOT ON! I'm so tired of hearing about race being an issue in situations when it really isn't. Don't get me wrong, racism is indeed alive and well in the US today, but NOT in this particular instance. Like Johnny said, Paris got 45 days for violating her probation, not for DUI (she didn't receive ANY punishment other than probation for the DUI), Oh, one thing Johnny SoCal forgot to mention, Nicole Richie is LATINO and her parents are BLACK! It doesn't really help CoCo's race argument that one of the people who supposedly got special treatment isn't white, but rather is also a minority. And finally, let's never, ever forget that when Viv was pulled over (by an African American cop), the first thing she said was, "c'mon brother. Can't you give a sister a break?"

It's quite obviuous that Blacks continue to play the race card whenever it suits them -- either to get special treatment, or to wriggle out of something they did and wished they hadn't.

Thanks again to Johnny SoCal for setting CoCo and everyone else who thinks like her straight!
