K-Fed Makes His Move -- Custody War!

TMZ has learned Kevin Federline's lawyer went to court this afternoon and filed legal papers in his custody case -- and we've just confirmed, he wants more custody!

Britney and K-Fed currently share custody 50/50. Sources say for the last two weeks, K-Fed has been threatening to go back to court and ask for more custody. In the new legal papers, filed by attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan, Federline has pulled the trigger and declared war. We don't know how much more custody Kevin wants, because the papers are under seal.

We're told Federline made his move because he's unhappy with Brit's behavior.

17. He wants the kids because she will pay him more money kfed isn't the great father you think he is come on if he was would he left the other mother of his kids for britney. Morals is not this guys strong suit.

19. As long as he commits to being a FULL TIME parent and not out at casinos and trips to vegas all the time, I would say go for it. Honestly, in my opinion, I believe Britney Spears has a serious case of undiagnosed postpartum depression. Mix together a LOT of bad desicions and not-so great-people hanging around and you have a recipie for disaster. I hope she gets SERIOUS help and the kids recover. No doubt they need both of thier parents right now. Wish them all luck figuring this mess out. These kids did nothing wrong . Thanks.

22. kfed doesnt get a bad rap he sung 1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!kfed iz kinda dumb and just because brit partied wich he does 2.all of the sudden society loves him wen they made fun of him the whole time they were married!my parents abused me respectable in a tie though my father waz!!!!!!!!!!!!!i think those kidz may have sum fun with brit and she should get custody if ne1 haz 2 get custody.caring about kids iz not making them follow rules and acting prim and proper,its making sure they enjoy there lives.

24. KFed is a piece of S_ _ T he has done nothing but use Britney he has no intrest in the kids other than the paycheck that goes along with it , they need to randomly drug test his mooching ass he will fail and then lose ALL his custody rights.
