TMZ has learned Brad Pitt is going to court in an hour.
He will move from the jury assemblyroom to one of the courtrooms where Pitt could be picked in a DUI case.

36. This is the year 2007. Adultery is not a crime. And if it were a crime, one would need affirmative conclusive evidential proof in a Court that it did indeed happen, which you nor anyone else has.
