Sitcom queen and former Junior Miss Rhode Island, Debra Messing, who will be 39 next week, slapped on a romper, a belt and some Gilgamesh era sandals for a shopping romp around Prince Street in Soho yesterday. 
Debra's bits and pieces were snapped outside of Fragments jewelry store, where she looked ready for a swim in the deluge that hit New York City yesterday, flooding subways and leaving the streets to only the most stouthearted shoppers.
Miss Messing's been busy with her son, Roman, who's 3 now -- but will be heading back to the big screen in the greatly anticipated remake of George Cukor's 1939 classic, "The Women," to be directed by Emmy winner Diane English.

Thatâs funny TMZ. A romper! Hah! It does remind me of the sets little kids wear. But really, Debra needs to know that just because she thinks she can carry it off, maybe she shouldnât. Boobs hanging out of the side of your top is tacky, no matter what your age. Where did that trend start? Some gay designer somewhere thought it was sexy, go figure. Otherwise I like Debra, sheâs a pretty lady and sheâs talented.

I'm a big fan of Debra Messing. But, she could have chosen a better outfit regardless of how hot it was that day. There is nothing worse than having the money to dress better and then not doing so. And, what is with her showing what little breasts she has. I don't care how small they are, tuck those puppies in! I know she can afford a bra. Now, she just needs to buy one.

A bit too much skin showing. She usually looks really nice. A cute spaghetti strap tank would have been cute under the dress and solved that problem.
