How bout, if we dont want dogs to crap on peoples or public areas... lets teach them how to use public toilets... you retards its mother nature and if it bothers you so much... why dont you make jobs were people walk around and pick up dog sxxt in public areas. I dont think you need a highschool education for that... an that will get the h/s drop out low lifey people a job so they can stop livin out of their cars. just a thought.

39. It's so disgusting for people to allow their dogs to poop everywhere and never pick it up. If you can't take care of your responsibilities then don't have dogs. Oh wait, this would work with people having kids too...same rules apply. Then they're wouldn't be so many babies and children in poverty much less awaiting for adoption. 41. I happen to live a couple of streets over from the Cyrus' -- they actually just moved into the neighborhood (a couple of months ago.) I see them walking their dog (a black German Shepard). So, with these 2 things erroneously being reported in your little "story -- the rest of the story is probably erroneous too! I've seen him walking his dog, also have seen him with his wife and/or kids walking the dog --they always pick up after their dog -- even heard from a neighbor of mine that he picked up after someone elses's dog since he's so considerate - and that they even came out to thank him!!

45. No, this is not the house! This is some stock shot...
After it was done being built, the realtor had an open house. A lot of us in the neighborhood went and toured it -- actually there were several celebrities there looking to buy it --it's a gorgeous Mediterranean style home, over $6 million!
