185. I am still watching Sara and the Connor Klan on TV. Brings back the good ol' days.

I never realized Sara G. was gay, which doesn't matter at all. As long as she and Allison are happy and in love; that will be shared with their children, and should be all that matters.

My ex-husband and I divorced when my precious daughters were 3 & 4. He left with my babysitter, but not until he had already had 4 affairs. He physcially and mentally abused me. And in turn, his father sexually abused my daughters for 8 years. We were to be "what the most of the world thinks" a normal family. I never let on of the abuse to me. But had I know what was happening to my sweet little girls, things would have turned out much differently. Thank God they survived (but not without nighmare-ish flashbacks).

I am so sorry that there are so many "mean" posts here. I know I'm not perfect, but I'm surprised so many others are, which allows them to say such "unkind" words. It is very sad that it has come to this.

Sara, I don't know you personally, but admire you for not flaunting your lifestyle. You need to do what is right for you and your children. But you have made me smile and continue to do so with re-runs of Roseanne. Thank you for that!

I hope once all these posts are gone and everything is said and done, you can go back to your own life and be happy.

191. I find it very sad that so many people are so uneducated. Instead of bashing gay people maybe you should try reading. It has been studied and found that gay people knew from a very young age they were different. You do NOT become gay by being around gay people. This is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. I am a graduate student of Psychology. Reading these posts makes me sad for society. To those of you who have such hatred. Do homosexuals scare you? Are you afraid that their gayness might rub off on you? Maybe if you took this hatred and applied it in a positive way the world would be a better place. Finally, if you think that gay parents cannot provide a wonderful, loving and supportive family life, you are very wrong. I have worked with children of heterosexual parents that will have emotional problems for the rest of their lives. It does not matter if you have a mom and dad or two dads. What matters is the love that you are raised around. So please, all of you haters go read a book and stop with the vile comments. It makes you sound ignorant and I would rather be gay than ignorant. I wish the new parents all the best.
