All the posters are not up in arms that Merv died is the way TMZ is reporting it. Very disrespectful and I would feel the same no matter who it was. As far as comparing the 5 American soldiers who died yesterday and Merv's death is ridiculous. A human life is a human life. All deserve respect and sensationalizing Merv's passing without even the decencey of an article is beyond belief. Remove this picture NOW. BTW not even a Merv fan and unless TMZ does the right thing here, will not be a fan of this site either.

In defense of all the nitwits & morons we are according to you 3 or 4 extremely brilliant and sooo far above us idiots - this is tmz, not salon.com or the newyorker -
tmz, the same media company that although they have access to pick and choose from thousands of photos that paps get of the celebs each day, they chose the MOST UNFLATTERING PHOTOGRAPH OF ZAHARA JOLIE-PITT OUT OF THE BUNCH Photorazzi has over 60 shots of Angelina walking from her suv to the entrance in which Zahara wasn't looking as "rough" in the facial expression department as she did in the photo they chose to show of her.
The photo which caused a heartbreaking outpour of nasty comments about her looks & as per usual a big unnecessary race war, not an intelligent debate over parenting or proper hair care...
So please don't give TMZ writers, writers that are usually in such a hurry to defame someone they misspell words and use improper sentences, these are not brilliant, clever, witty people - they are young, classless Hollywood jerks without tact.

Very poor taste! Merv was a classy guy and deserves more respect. I am sure Vanna will be horrified as well. At least Perez knows when to draw the line!

I agree with someone? Get Vanna off of there and then say something kind below. He had a lot of class that guy and was a real humanatarian and a great philanthropist. I thought you would have at least said something below to ease the shock of seeing that visual.
