Brit's Assistant Gets Served

Model mama Brit-Brit's drama has now spread to her assistant/cousin Alli Sims!

As reported in Life & Style, Britney's cousin Alli Sims was served with papers by Kevin Federline's lawyer in the dead of night.

Why does K-Fed want to talk to Alli? It seems he and his lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan want to grill her about Britney's lifestyle and parenting skills -- including how much she boozes it up in front of the kids.

Alli was reportedly super steamed by the "serving." Court's in session, y'all!

93. Kevin wanting more of Britney's money is not the point. The point is that Britney is an unfit, unstable mother. She's a drug addict. That's the point. If Britney would simply clean up her act and behave like a normal person, Kevin would not have a case. And the kids would be with her.

If Britney doesn't like the paparazzi, then she needs to move out of LA!! Many actresses/ singers leave LA and move to another area where they are less likely to be photographed. Sorry Britney, you picked this career and the perks that go with it. You want your privacy-- then MOVE!!

The paparazzi will not drive her to an early grave-- SHE WILL because she refuses to take responsiblity for her actions and she refuses to GROW UP!!

Thank God that Kevin is going to try to take those kids away from her!!

95. You need to get out of LA. You need to get back to your roots. You need to go buy yourself a big beautiful old plantation style home on about 200 acres somewhere in the south, ride horses, rest, exercise, play with your kids, get back on your meds, take those boys fishing. In about a year start to travel with your boys. Make some wholesome memories with them. Find yourself a good church , when was the last time you sang in a church? I bet it was beautiful. You have gotten so far away from your roots that you dont know who you are anymore. Make your come back in a few years. Detox your life, get out the negative influences. When you lay down with dogs, you get fleas. Get away from there!
