Bad girl beauty queen Katie Rees celebrated her 23rd birthday in Las Vegas over the weekend, and of course -- tops were optional.

The boob-lickin', trashtacular former Miss Nevada rocked out with plenty of tan line-less babes at the BARE topless pool and lounge at The Mirage, although Rees never changed into her birthday suit -- this time.

Sources inside the pool tell us that playboy George Maloof also joined the festivities. No word if he went topless.

31. Uh-#12, this is a place where you can express your opinions. And as far as being internet losers, what is your reason for being on here??? What is making the money compared with having a good self image? Some day, all those body parts that are up will go south, and the money will be spent, and what are you left with? 32. #34- I must admit she looks great, but life is not all about looks. Life is about so much more. What has she done lately to help people in her state? And if you think tmz is ugly, why the hell do you come to this spot? Just because someone thinks another looks bad, does not always mean they feel bad (or the good old universal) or are jealous. Believe me, I feel really sorry for this girl. It is like seeing a good book, opening it up, and it being empty inside. I would like to see her do something good that would impact her life permanently for the good. And being on Dr. Phil was not a good move for her. Once her mouth opened, she showed her true colors. You could tell Dr. Phil wasn't even buying her "it's not fair" cry.

37. Shes a crack head that got her crown taken away for working at a whore house. Very dumb cause I have met her. And yeah we are making you famous for being a tramp.
