You can even hear the Police officer say how stupid it is for them to be taken pics of her putting her kids in the car seat. She was not drinking. Unlike K-fed who was probably partying all night with drugs. Brittany should make him take a drug test.

64. If Britney really had her children's best interest at heart, she wouldn't take them to a LA hotspot for all to see. She would give them a bath, read them a bedtime story, and let them get a goodnight's sleep. Those poor children! They need structure and stability. They are babies, not toys.

70. Since the custody battle is being played out in the court of public opinion, Britney just pulled that stunt to get publicity. See ya’ll, I spend time with my kids! Britney needs to go to the book store and buy a load of books on parenting and start educating herself on what her children need. Parenting by intuition just isn’t working for her.

The truth is, if Britney didn’t have money, Federline wouldn’t want full custody of his kids. Imagine if he had to work a 40 hour week at a regular job, drop his kids off at day care and pick them up, bath them, feed them, day after day without the help of a nanny? Oh yeah, and being 100% financial responsible for all his kids (Dr. appts., day care, clothes, shoes, diapers, etc.) Would he do it? Of course not! Parenting is a lot easier for K-Fed when he has Britney’s money to live off of.

71. For those who say "how dare Brit keep her kids out late" ... she went out to dinner with them, what is the big deal? You never statyed out later than 10 for dinner with your little ones? If she went to a baseball game that was @ night, she would have been bashed for that ... how many parents are @ ballgames with their little ones (even younger that Brit's) that go beyond 10pm? Plenty of them! My hubby & I went out to dinner quiet a few times when our child was younger, it did not affect him or his sleeping habits. It does not warrent for the judge to take her children away, that is luderchrist ... that means every Judge should take the kids away from their parent(s) if the child is out to dinner past 10pm. Do you know how silly that sounds?

It's not her fault the paps are trailing her like a lost puppy ... she did not ask for them to follow her every move or stay put in front of her home so they can get their next fix of pics of Brit. Geesh, the poor woman .. can never get a break!

I guess the kids are used to going to bed late but it's outrageous to take kids out for dinner at that time of night.

Also, I was thinking that since K-Fed has the kids several days a week, maybe he can prove in court that Tater Tot's teeth are as bad as we have read.

Can't Britney look around Hollywood and take note of which celebrity kids are doing their parents proud and which are "normal?" Maybe then she could follow the examples set by some of her peers. Some very high profile celebrities strive to raise their kids out of the limelight and in a normal fashion. I feel sorry for kids that they are never going to know what "normal" is.

75. Federloon is the biggest lowlife in California. He and his fellow lowlife lawyer trying to get the children for more money is horrible. The Judge will see through this sham.
I think all of us would be a little wacky if we had cameras shoved in our faces night and day.
Brit probably thought the paps would be gone by 10 o'clock at night. They are her children. Stop being so judgmental.
