91. It is again the law to have a child under 1 years of age in a forward facing car seat. They are to be facing backwards. They are also recommending that children be backward until they are 30 lbs. Oh but wait...then the paps couldn't photo her kids. I don't think it's a big deal that they are out til 10 but she knows that the paps follow her everywhere. That is where I don't get it. Those poor boys are going to be so screwed up when they get older!!! I will adopt them!

92. Does anyone realize that Jayden's carseat is facing the wrong way. Unless he's a 'heavy' baby the carseat is supposed to be rear-facing until he's a year old. Who cares-but if she is doing this just to make a public showing of her parenting skills, you think she'd get it right.

93. To those of you who say, "I've had my kids after out after 10:00..." Sure. So have I. Many times. But not out at a restaurant! It's totally inappropriate. To my mothers' or a friends house...never have I dressed up two babies and taken us out to eat! It's ridiculous.

It seems to me that Britneys biggest problem is that she employs no LOGIC.

And I'm disappointed that K-Fed didn't attempt to get full custody until the mother gets her act together! It appears by doing so, that he IS more interested in the money than the boys themselves. So while I had crossed over to Team K-Fed, he has now lost me!

Both of them are morons and neither of them deserves any kids.

Kevin Should just have those boys removed from her home. sean should've been taken away in the first place, after his mother put him in the front seat , on her lap while she was driving in the car!!! they belong with their father, and Britney should go to a Mental Hospital, and kept far, far away from those boys . they shouldn't grow up around someone who is a bad example for them . they will grow up with someone who will teach them how to be " normal" young adults . and not follow what their mother does !!! 96. Oh big deal I take my kids to the bathroom all the time, and put them in their car seats myself EVERYTIME I get in the car, not just sometimes, or when it suits me. She's a crappy mother and I hope Fed-EX get's the kids. This is just a pathetic attempt to show people she's a "good mommy".

99. I think you people are so hypocritic. IT´S A NORMAL THING for a young freshly divorced woman to be going out, drink and even have a few meaningless relationships just to get the feel you are loved again. Ask any shrink. It´s called a transition period and it can be really tough, especially if you really love the man who deceived you. Britney is clearly going through this, she feels alone and deceived by everyone so she is trying to forget by going to the parties and drinking a little too much. It´s not the best, but every woman has a different way how to deal with divorce, you cannot jus turn, turn off your feeling and move on. It takes a time. The important thing is, she is out when the childs are with Kevin. When she has them, she is always with them. We have countless of photos of them together and there is no sign of any abuse of neglect from her side and the childs seems perfectly comfortable with her. So, where is the problem?

101. I swear if Britney wipes her sons noses in public, the media shot it and make a spin off of it. I'm starting to feel sorry for Britney. She can't do anything with or without her sons in public without 30 cameras snapping her every move. With all this hype over whether Britney is a "good mother" or not, what kind of adults (assuming you hire all adults TMZ) with cameras are these flashing bulbs in these little kids faces every chance you get..

Personally, I think paps should get the hell away from kids. Even if that means not taking pictures of celebrities while they're with their children...then you don't get the shot. Or park your butts at a lot longer distance from them, so at least the children don't have to be smoothened with your cameras constantly. Britney is a lot nicer about it then I would be.if I were in her shoes.

And as far as Britney spending quality time with her sons. How we do we know what she does with them alone....without the paparazzi harassing them? As far as I can tell the paparazzi hasn't ...as yet....forced their way into her home and video taped her every move. For all I know...since I'm not in her home either, she could be a loving parent to them when they have some privacy.

103. fed- ex does not deserve the kids he is a pathedic loser- gigilo! As for britney just because she is going through a depression it doesn't necesarily make her a bad mother. People exaggerate on her parenting skills, the kids seem bathed, feed, and well clothed. I've seen worst cases.. She is employed, and has a home...there are kids living on skidrow that need help so focus on those kids!!! k fed just wants money since his spousal support will end soon..Icant beleive people fall for his sincerity...there are millions of thugs like him just looking for that golden ticket..Britney was a vulnerable woman and he has destroyed her emotionally..she really fell for his lies
..But she has too be strong for her kids...

104. How often do you really see these kids out at 10pm? Once.. twice? Its not like she does it often and honestly alot of parents have their kids out later every so often. My aunt used to not make my cousin go to bed until 11 and shes actually a pretty good mom. People have different methods of parenting and its not the worst thing in the world to have a kid out at 10pm.

Also britney cant just take the kids out away from the paps.. I mean she is followed and hounded wherever she goes. Do you honestly expect her to stay in her house 24/7? Honestly its not fair to expect her to stay home all the time.

She is going through a hard time.. I will admit that.. I dont know what caused her to go weird like this but how can anybody really know how she is with her children? Honestly there is so many celebs you see out and about all the time without their kids.. I think thats worse in some ways.
