K-Fed's Attorney: Kids Are Less at Risk With Him

While Britney Spears' attorney was railing against the media, Kevin Federline's attorney was doing some of the same -- from behind a bank of microphones.


Mark Vincent Kaplan echoed Wasser's sentiments outside of court today, agreeing that all matters of custody between Brit and K-Fed should be kept private and out of the media -- particularly things like their respective schedules. Given Britney's late night party habits, the paps know where the boys won't be -- with her!

When Kaplan was asked if the Fed-Ex is worried about his kids being in danger, Kaplan said simply, "Kevin is concerned that the more time the children are with him, he feels the more insulated they are from risks that would otherwise be possibly visited upon them."

While Kaplan wouldn't get into what he meant by "risks," he probably meant this and this and this and this and this and this and this and this and this and this and ...

It would be my opinion that she's a good mother, since you've snapped so many photos of her with her children. Haven't seen a single picture of daddy with the kids. Turn the table and it looks a bit different doesn't it. TMZ you suck on this.

19. Ked-Fed sees yet another opportunity. Eighteen years of steady income if he gets custody of the children. I dont like him, but I gotta give it to him. He's calculating and smart. He was a dancer who met a black female sitcom star, Shar Jackson giving him some exposure. He then left her for Britney, a dumb but rich singer. He married her and later came out with some dough, maybe not the amount he wanted, but more than what he had. Now he's going for the kids while Britney is living it up at the clubs. Sooner or later, Kevin Federline will milk Britney's bank account dry...that is, if he gets custody of the kids. That's my opinion.

21. Response to #35...These kids deserve to have stability in their lives and they don't. The out of control behaviors of their mother is affecting them every day. There is more to giving to a child than money. Love and stability are the most important thing. Yes, sadly there are kids who are mistreated by their parents every day. So what. Britneys' collide with thrills and fame, has eagerly clicked the button to self-destruct and could care less other than she gave birth to them and they are like accessory puppies, her possessions to hang around and have fun with and keep company.. while she runs about doing her important things, disregard when she is on the hunt for sex, drugs and booze. She should not be allowed full custody of those children until she has taken mental health tests. recieved counciling, passed child rearing courses and proven she has any inkling of how to behave as a responsible parent ever.. just to have them alone for few minutes. If the father is not the richest, wisest or most perfect solution it's her own damn fault for choosing him and she has to live with that and thank GOD there is someone out there that truely loves them enough to deal with her crap too.

26. Soooooooo not worried about the kids, but Ms. Spears is a condescending know it all who always acted like she was little miss perfect virgin. The anti-brit backlash is overdue. She made me and all my friends feel slutty because we had sex with our boyfriends whom, we we eventually married, and p.s. Brit, we didn't have to steal these guys form other girls they had already knocked-up. We picked decent guys and you made your bad choice and now your must pay-up for marrying a con man.
