K-Fed's Attorney: Kids Are Less at Risk With Him

While Britney Spears' attorney was railing against the media, Kevin Federline's attorney was doing some of the same -- from behind a bank of microphones.


Mark Vincent Kaplan echoed Wasser's sentiments outside of court today, agreeing that all matters of custody between Brit and K-Fed should be kept private and out of the media -- particularly things like their respective schedules. Given Britney's late night party habits, the paps know where the boys won't be -- with her!

When Kaplan was asked if the Fed-Ex is worried about his kids being in danger, Kaplan said simply, "Kevin is concerned that the more time the children are with him, he feels the more insulated they are from risks that would otherwise be possibly visited upon them."

While Kaplan wouldn't get into what he meant by "risks," he probably meant this and this and this and this and this and this and this and this and this and this and ...

33. This is BULLISH! Kevin Federline is the worst loser on the earth. He only wants these kids so that he can get more money from Britney. He's trying to milk her for everything! What is wrong with some men today? Long ago a man would be ashamed to take a dollar from a woman. Some of these men today don't think twice about it. They will use a woman up for 'gas' money it seems! Sick! Thankfully my husband and none of the men I know are this way.

Why isn't he fighting for Shar Jacksons kids if he is so concerned for his kids?? He wouldn't play that with Shar that's why. He knows better. Plus Shar doesn't have as much money as Britney does. This is all about money and in the end I hope he get bitten on the ass for putting Britney, her family and the kids mainly through all of this GHETTO DRAMA. Then again, Britney brought this on herself by getting involved with this loser to begin with. It doesn't say much about her that she laid down with him to begin with. No class---either of them. I just hope the kids come out of this okay!

She didn't make you feel anything, she doesn't even know you. If you felt like a slut then you were probably acting like one. She never shamed me 5 years ago and I'm a woman. By the way, she does have a job (I would assume she is making a bit more than you), she is a real mom and you can not steal what isn't yours.

37. K-Fed didn't even ask for visitation with his first set of kids with Shar. Funny his strong desire to become a parent all the sudden.

Brittany is unfortunate to have been a child star with childish parents who were unable to raise her with an ounce of sense, pride, or common sense. I wish the kids well.

43. I don't think it's fair to deem Brittany a BAD MOTHER. Like most of the younger generation these days everyone is having kids and forgetting exactly how much time is needed to devote to them. just because Brittany has star status its easier to point out her faults. Lets also remember that no one but Brittany and Kevin know what that relationship was like. She could be acting out from some deep wounds as well as doubting herself about knowing what kind of relationship she spent time defending. i do believe she needs to seek professional help to re build her self esteem. Again this doesn't make her a mother who doesn't care! I have faith that Brittany will bounce back and be stronger than ever before. Also K-Fed looks good now but why now? Why couldn't he be around when she was carring these kids? Why is it you have always seen the kids with her? hang in there Brittany dig deep and find the great person you know you are.
