47. 2 weeks ago she took the boys to vegas where sean got punched by a pap in a shuffle. Britney failed to obide by her court order and ask kfed for permission to be able to leave the state of CA with the boys. He will probabaly get her on contempt of court order. If sean was out of the paps walking space, he wopuld have never been shoved/hit. At least kfed keeps them out of the public. Also britney did ask kfed to marrry her when he was an expectant father with shar. What did britney expect ??? No one ever considers the dignity shar has held up and never became a bitch or cry baby about losing her babies father to britney when she was pregnant. Shows the maturity level between the 2 mothers. At least sean and jayden have a abrother and sister they can be with 4 days a week when they are with their father. Britney only gets her kids from thursday nights to sundays, a louzy 3 days a week since she left rehab in march. SHe barely even knows jayden whose 10 months old and could be breast fed still. Back track to Nov when he was 2 months old, she took off on him with paris for 2 months, then Issac for another 2 months, then stripping with gogo dancers in NYC at fashion week in Feb, then shaving her head. Now post rehab she is a magazine shoot dress stealer, does a hit and run and dosent pay the damages to ladys car etc. Is she that stupid to have paps video her while she is not wearing a seat belt and hits a nother car and then leaves?? she is eithe5r very inconsiderate, stupid or really stoned out of her mind to do all the above.
Hope kfed grounds them with their their other syblings.

53. Ya know, we have 2 little children who will suffer so much because of a battle going on around them. They both need more than anything STABILITY! BS and KF need to get their priorities straight and do whats best for them, the children need both parents, as long as those parents are healthy, stable and doing everything UNSELFISHLY! 57. Well, whoever said that we dont know either of them and to stop defending Britney...you were sure quick to call her a slut now werent you? You dont know her either. All you know it what is splashed all over the media sites. So how are you in a better position to judge then anyone else here? Get off your high horse. Here's my opinion and personally, I dont give a rats a** what you think of it. lol.
From what I have seen I dont think either deserve the kids. I think Britney needs some serious help and Kevin just seems to have run out of money and trying to cling to his 15 minutes of fame. I believe in the long run Britney could be a good mom. I think the media does follow her too much and most mistakes she makes anyone could make but those mistakes arent published for the world to see. She should know by now to watch herself in the media but maybe she is just so used to it. She still needs to get some help and actually try to better herself. The only reason I am kinda on her side is because I always wondered why Kevin never paid this much attention to his other kids? and where was he when the first child (w/him and Britney) was born? or evern right after the 2nd one? You never saw much of him and the paps follow Britney everywhere. It's also weird that all the sudden he's concerned over the children. It's not news she's been having problems but NOW he's worried? It just seems to be a push for money. I dont think he deserves anything from her since he did NOTHING to earn that money. I dont think just cause your married for a few years (an absent or partying while you are) you are entitled to it. No way in hell. You may not like Britney but that women has worked her a** off to get where she is and he hasnt done anything. She's got problems but he appears to be the more dangerous one.

58. K-Fed is nothing but a user and abuser. He was not there for his children with Shar. He was not there for Britney as a husband or a father when she was pregnant and after the children were born. He left her life in a confused mess. He became an instant 'concerned father' when Britney filed for divorce. He knows where the money lies. He will do what he has to to get custody- then he will go back to being who he really is. That this man has any influence (especially as a role model for his sons) makes me sick. Let's see he popped back into Shar's life when the divorce news came. I wonder if she is caring for his kids when they are with him- likely she is his built in nanny right now. Just what he wants. K-Fed the public is on to you. And judges are not dumb. Britney took excellent care of her body and babies while you partied. She is badly hurt. You left her life in a mess. Mark Kaplan is (an attorney from one of the lowest law schools) is an even bigger loser and conman himself for enabling this lowlife.

K-Fed didn't care about his children from his previous marriage to Shar.
He's only after Britney's money. He doesn't care one bit about any of his kids.
It's obvious he's only acting like the good guy now so he can make more money off Britney while Britney is going through depression issues (that he mainly created by his cheating, partying, drugging).
