61. Well, whoever said that we dont know either of them and to stop defending Britney...you were sure quick to call her a slut now werent you? You dont know her either. All you know it what is splashed all over the media sites. So how are you in a better position to judge then anyone else here? Get off your high horse. Here's my opinion and personally, I dont give a rats a** what you think of it. lol.
From what I have seen I dont think either deserve the kids. I think Britney needs some serious help and Kevin just seems to have run out of money and trying to cling to his 15 minutes of fame. I believe in the long run Britney could be a good mom. I think the media does follow her too much and most mistakes she makes anyone could make but those mistakes arent published for the world to see. She should know by now to watch herself in the media but maybe she is just so used to it. She still needs to get some help and actually try to better herself. The only reason I am kinda on her side is because I always wondered why Kevin never paid this much attention to his other kids? and where was he when the first child (w/him and Britney) was born? or evern right after the 2nd one? You never saw much of him and the paps follow Britney everywhere. It's also weird that all the sudden he's concerned over the children. It's not news she's been having problems but NOW he's worried? It just seems to be a push for money. I dont think he deserves anything from her since he did NOTHING to earn that money. I dont think just cause your married for a few years (an absent or partying while you are) you are entitled to it. No way in hell. You may not like Britney but that women has worked her a** off to get where she is and he hasnt done anything. She's got problems but he appears to be the more dangerous one.

Real Estate shopping and she made the house a mess - well is this "reliable source" was so reliable and the house was such a mess, where are the photos? You guys seem to be everywhere, even going to the bathroom when she takes her kids, but you weren't there for this.

Come on TMZ, not one thing in any of your articles shows that she is a bad mother. You mentioned that she gives her kids soda in their bottles and asked a dentist to whitten their teeth, have the dentist give a sworn statement and monitor his bank account to make sure that you TMZ did not pay for it. Your articles on her a BS and you know it. As for the fired help. Their opinion doesn't mean anything.

Mark Kaplan is (an attorney from one of the lowest law schools) is an even bigger loser and conman himself for enabling this lowlife.

K-Fed didn't care about his children from his previous marriage to Shar.
He's only after Britney's money. He doesn't care one bit about any of his kids.
It's obvious he's only acting like the good guy now so he can make more money off Britney while Britney is going through depression issues (that he mainly created by his cheating, partying, drugging).
K-Fed calling Britney unfit is like the total joke.

If you feel that this whole thing is an injustice, file complaints against Attorney Kaplan and his office with the california bar association (calbar.org) and let Kaplan know how you feel by writing, calling, and emailing his office.

** If you go on calbar.org, you'll see that he went to Southwestern Law School, it's one of the lowest credentialed law schools that you can get into. No wonder he's the lawyer of a lowlife like K-Fed, decent law firms don't hire attorneys from law schools like Southwestern.

Nothing for nothing, I just can't even understand WHY the popular vote is w/ this leeching, leave my pregnant woman, for someone who has more money, treat Brit horrible, I dunno, I feel bad for her. I am 40 something, I have 2 daughters, little younger than brit, but I can see that this girl is hurting, and needs help. I honestly think she is suffering PPD, BETRAYAL, and that can really eat at you. If the courts ever give that blood sucking kid, Kev these kids, Oh please, 3 FT nannies while HE is the one in vegas and eveywhere else on Brits money...really, give the girl some love, what if she were your daughter?

There are way to many people trying to separate mamas from their babies:

1. They want you have an abortion before your baby is born.
2. They want you to give your baby up for adoption if you don't have an abortion.
3. Your boyfriends and ex-husbands want to make you look like a tramp and worse and that they are the perfect nanny (even if it's all lies) so they can get custody and not have to pay child support.

Stay alert, on guard and vigilant. Wouldn't it be interesting if there was a Witness Protection Program/Womens and Childrens shelters for women in case of pregnancies due to rape, incest and other not so great behaviors by men?

That might happen in a world that wanted babies with their mamas.

69. Is is legal for Kfed to spend the child custody for himself.. like partying, smoking, buying his own cloths.. not for the kids? 75. It is obvious Kfed is using Britney for her money.....Yes, she has not made perfect choices, but it is clear that she loves her kids. Everything she does is altered in such a way so that people see what a "terrible mother she is". I do think she needs help, i dont deny that, and for those who say she deserves it bc of Shar Jackson, I think she has been repaid and then some. As for her claims to being a virgin....has anyone ever heard of publicists?! They TELL her what to say. She was clearly given to much at such a young age, and since 16, the weight of the world has sat on her shoulders. When she was prude, she needed to be sexier and when she became what people wanted, she was a slut. I feel sorry for her, her coaches have tried to mold her into somthing the world wants to see, and it seems now she doesnt know who she is. Though she is not perfect, I think she alot nicer than alot of those out there......the media is so one-sided, they dont focus on all the charity she has done. Additionally, she chose the bum she married, thinking he was a nice guy who stuck up for him when no one else would. Clearly a mistake, but I think she has good intentions, and with some help, I think she will be back on her feet. I just wish everyone would stop listening to all the crap thats put out there about her.
