K-Fed's Attorney: Kids Are Less at Risk With Him

While Britney Spears' attorney was railing against the media, Kevin Federline's attorney was doing some of the same -- from behind a bank of microphones.

Mark Vincent Kaplan echoed Wasser's sentiments outside of court today, agreeing that all matters of custody between Brit and K-Fed should be kept private and out of the media -- particularly things like their respective schedules. Given Britney's late night party habits, the paps know where the boys won't be -- with her!

When Kaplan was asked if the Fed-Ex is worried about his kids being in danger, Kaplan said simply, "Kevin is concerned that the more time the children are with him, he feels the more insulated they are from risks that would otherwise be possibly visited upon them."

While Kaplan wouldn't get into what he meant by "risks," he probably meant this and this and this and this and this and this and this and this and this and this and ...

76. If K-Fed (that should tell you alot about him right there!) is the
better of the two parents, then that says alot about Britney BECAUSE
HE is a total loser. I think both of these little boys are in a lot
of trouble as to what their future holds. They have HELLACIOUS
parents, concerned only with themselves, and it looks like their
grandparents are a BOIL ON THE BUTT OF HUMANITY as well! The best
thing for the children would be if they were adopted by NORMAL
people. (And that would leave out ALL of Hollywood who are currently
adopting children as if they were the current trend in accessories -
sound familiar Brad and Angelina?)

78. what did this britney really expect, huh? she was wrong being with him in the first place when he was someone else's (who'd want him anyway, is beside the point) the guy is a cad, and britney wasn't lily white and pure in the whole thing...he left shar like a hot potato, he is NOT with the "kid thing", so what makes britney think after awhile her time would be up with this creep too...he totally had an agenda from the beginning! what is the ol' saying...for every rich or beautiful girl, there's someone somewhere tired of sleeping with her...these are two very superficial people who weren't going to last from day one.

79. Kevin Federloon is the Biggest Dipstick in America. He's too dumb and lazy to get a job. All the moocher wants is Britney's money. He doesn't care anymore about her kids than he did the other four he sired. Wanting Brit to pay for his lawyer while he sues her is beyond belief. 81. She could have dressed like Mary Poppins and took her kids to the zoo every day and people including the paps would still find fault in her. There are many people that just don't like her and they never have so they love the bashing and the idea that she will be losing her kids.

It is a very scary thing when the media can manipulate and twist stories for their own financial gain all the while destroying someone’s life with no conscience. People don’t know what is fact or fiction through all of this. They read articles and take it as gospel. While we do see her in clothes most of us wouldn’t be caught dead in it really plays no part in her ability as a mother. And when the kids are with their father Britney can certainly go out, there are no laws telling her she must sit in her house alone and wait for the kids to be returned.

Kevin Federline is not the saving grace for these children. If he truly was concerned about the best interest of his kids he wouldn’t have walked out on Shar Jackson when she was pregnant with his child. He would have put his kids first and his selfish self last and never hooked up with Britney to begin with.

How do you guys know K-Fed doesn't drink or take drugs or party? K-Fed is actually famous for being a pothead. Don't tell me potheads are peaceful or mellow. I know a lot of potheads. They are only mellow when they are on good pot, when they come down, they have mood swing problems.

The only difference is that no one follows K-Fed because they thought he was finished (having no money and no more tv gigs). K-Fed also knows how to party in low profile places.

83. At first I did not like K-fed but he seem to be a better parent than Britney. He might have left his first babys mama but even though he did that to her. She had always said that he is a good father. He did her so dirty and she still says he a good father. That has to count for something.

84. If Britney's kids should be taken away, then you have to go to trailer park to take away all the kids from their trailer park trash parents. Otherwise, it's not fair.

What's the problem? Her kids are well fed. She is not verbally or physically abusing them. They even have body guards watching them, they are less likely to be kidnapped by strangers than your kid.

There are way worse parents than Britney in this world and no one wants to take their kids away. Britney didn't abuse her kids, she just wears really hideous clothes and party and looks for love all over the place. So what? A lot of single parents (mostly young ones) party too and look for love all over the place (sometimes at the wrong place or appear to be desperate or slutty), we are talking about millions of children should be taken away because of that.

I hate that term trailer trash. I had a double wide trailer, it looked like a ranch house. I paid 50,000 cash for it with plans I would buy a house when I could pay cash. I am now in a house that is paid for with 2 BMW's and a range rover all paid for. The nicest people I have ever known are those that lived in my trailer park. My kids tell me all the time they miss the park. They were wonderful caring people, everyone watched everyone’s kids. Everyone visited each other each day with a smile and cup of coffee. Jerry Springer brought the name trailer trash giving those that lived there a feeling of shame. I hate that term, I have a house and plenty of money but I don't have and never will have the friends and sense of loyal community like I had in that park.

People are so mean and never think about the hurt they cause with simple terms like "trailer trash"

K feds money tree stops producing change in November. He will be living off the child support.
Brit needs people she can trust around her and someone to help her. I dont think she is a horrible person.

88. fed- ex does not deserve the kids he is a pathedic loser- gigilo! As for britney just because she is going through a depression it doesn't necesarily make her a bad mother. People exaggerate on her parenting skills, the kids seem bathed, feed, and well clothed. I've seen worst cases.. She is employed, and has a home...there are kids living on skidrow that need help so focus on those kids!!! k fed just wants money since his spousal support will end soon..Icant beleive people fall for his sincerity...there are millions of thugs like him just looking for that golden ticket..Britney was a vulnerable woman and he has destroyed her emotionally..she really fell for his lies
