Does no one remember how abusive he was to her??? His marriage life was spent partying, being away for days and weeks from his family . flirting with any chick that would give him the time of day and he just couldnt spend her money fast enough…..And although I dont know ( i wasnt there) its is my belief( opinion only ) a man like this is capable of more abuse behind closed doors and it would not surprise me a bit if he took the abuse even further and becuase shes so fragile ,,,, i bet a police report would be more frightneing to her to tell then just keep it quiet….
Hes scamming and is elated that he might again be able to “screw her for all shes got again !!!
Britney needs to get a support system who deal with women who have been involved with a man like this…so she can stop being afraid of him and get her life on track with out his interference….

92. A few posters have stated that TMZ et. al have not shown that Spears is a bad mother. I disagree. Part and parcel of being a parent is being able to make appropriate decisions.

For several months, Spears has been photographed and videotaped doing the following: getting sick outside of clubs, making an exhibit of herself while in the clinch with strange men in public places, leaping into the ocean with her underwear (instead of a bathing suit) on, driving around with her younger son in the wrong type of carseat (a potentially deadly mistake), shopping at paparrazzi-plagued venues with her sons in tow (why?), getting into foul verbal and physical altercations with paps with her sons with her.


There are of course other instances of bizarre behavior, such as her conduct at the OK shoot and at the video shoot which call into question her sobriety more than anything else.

I have no idea what K-Fed does with his time. I do recall that this guy was in the news quite a bit and now seems to have dropped out of sight. Now Federline is far from the only D-list celeb out there, and our 24-hour news cycle seems to allow anyone at all to be memorialized on the Internet. Given that, I can't help but come to the conclusion that this guy has made some dramatic changes in his life. I can't see into his mind to determine why but all that matters is that it has happened.

And it's all to the better for the children. Anyone who thinks it's better for kids to be exposed to the bizarre world that Britney exposes her children to needs to seriously reflect on the true needs of the children instead of the attention-seeking mother.

What if Shar and K-Fed have always loved each other and their kids but didn't have the financial security they needed so they concocted this plan. 96. I think that the kids would be safer with Kevin. Britney has a lot of faults Here a few of them:
1.) She can't drive or park a car. She hit a woman's car and didn't even bother to look at the damage on the car that she hit. The woman had went to the police and said that her car was hit by Britney's car while Britney was behind the wheel.
2.) She doesn't secure her kids in child safety seats while in the car.
3.) She had gotten pulled over for speeding and talked her way out of a speeding ticket.
4.) She has had Child Welfare officials over at her house multiple times.
It is NOT about the money, it is about the safety of the kids.

99. i think the judge should drug test them every day and test the kids also,i think miss twit would give them drugs even over counter drugs to make them stay calm i think with her bad behavior and additude,she should be tested and watched everyday,and yes i think kevin should be also,somebody better wake up and help the kids before it is to late,this isn't funny people these kids are very much in harms way!!!!!the judge needs to get balls and stop these fools from ruining the kids life,twit and fool boy have ruined theres ,one judge can make a differance,lets hope he will.

101. This debate over her parenting skills is idiotic, how many other Mother's have had kids get cigarettes for them, fed kids soda, etc. Bad Mother??? Be real, she was not smoking crack while she was knocked up and there do seem to be many more pictures of HER with the kids than with that poor excuse for a sperm donor! 102. I don't think it's fair to deem Brittany a BAD MOTHER. Like most of the younger generation these days everyone is having kids and forgetting exactly how much time is needed to devote to them. just because Brittany has star status its easier to point out her faults. Lets also remember that no one but Brittany and Kevin know what that relationship was like. She could be acting out from some deep wounds as well as doubting herself about knowing what kind of relationship she spent time defending. i do believe she needs to seek professional help to re build her self esteem. Again this doesn't make her a mother who doesn't care! I have faith that Brittany will bounce back and be stronger than ever before. Also K-Fed looks good now but why now? Why couldn't he be around when she was carring these kids? Why is it you have always seen the kids with her? hang in there Brittany dig deep and find the great person you know you are.

103. K-Fed's lawyer looks like a badly molded wax mannequin who is melting slowly
but surely. I have a feeling he will be all melted by the time this "dumb custody
battle" is over. K-Fed and his lawyer is trying to make money of Brittany Spears,
they are both taking advantage of the fact that she is in need of therapy so badly
and the media is making it worst for her. Isn't there anyone who can get help for
this poor woman?
She is suffering from some major post partum depression and the court need to
intervene and after she gets help, than and only than should they question her
ability to be a mother. People are making fun of her and it's easy to do that, people
can be horrible, even me, I desribed K-Fed's lawyer the way I saw him and have no
regrets.
I IMPLORE HER LAWYER'S TO GET HER HELP. P L E A S E !!!! K-Fed can't get
full custody, he's a namby pamby. Just because he has not been out in public with
his kids does not mean he is a better father!

104. how come just 2 weeks ago she was fit to have shared custody? why did he sign off on the divorce/ custody settlement if she was an unfit mother. Has really that much changed in 2 weeks. would anything be allowed in court that he was aware of before the last court agreement? My opinion he wants more money.

105. He'll never get full custody - ever. Courts are very partial to children being with mohters and unless she is beating them or molesting them he will NEVER get full custody nor should he.

Just the fact that he is going after sole custody is proof in and of itself he doesnt have best interets of kids at heart or he wouldnt be trying to take them away from thier mother who they love. He is such a bafoon.!
