K-Fed's Attorney: Kids Are Less at Risk With Him

While Britney Spears' attorney was railing against the media, Kevin Federline's attorney was doing some of the same -- from behind a bank of microphones.

Mark Vincent Kaplan echoed Wasser's sentiments outside of court today, agreeing that all matters of custody between Brit and K-Fed should be kept private and out of the media -- particularly things like their respective schedules. Given Britney's late night party habits, the paps know where the boys won't be -- with her!

When Kaplan was asked if the Fed-Ex is worried about his kids being in danger, Kaplan said simply, "Kevin is concerned that the more time the children are with him, he feels the more insulated they are from risks that would otherwise be possibly visited upon them."

While Kaplan wouldn't get into what he meant by "risks," he probably meant this and this and this and this and this and this and this and this and this and this and ...

106. Poor naive Brittney. She falls for K-Fed's line and he take advantage of her. She made a bad mistake thinking she loved the jerk. I do not recall Brittney being drugged up before she met K-Fed either. It is a tragedy for Brit. Brit. let your mom take care of the babies and go get help right away. You deserve help and you need it. Too bad if the others want your money. Just get help and don't worry about supporting others girl.

107. Brit deserves even partial custody?? She the loon that shaved her head?? She the skank that has showed her private parts and her surgical scar? How many of you Brit fans had a mother who did such things?? Your mothers go in and out of rehab many times?? Brit would never make Mother of the Year, now would she?? Federline may be a goober but he is a better parent than that psyco skank Spears!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

108. I can't believe how everyone is backing K-Fed including Lynn Spears. Why do people not remember his partying and such? She hit a rough patch and needs guidance, her mom turned her back on her and forced her into rehab, and then gave the kids to K-Fed. I would never do that to my daughter even if she was messed up. I would care for the kids and help her get the hepl she needed, not side with the a-hole that partied throughout the marriage and pregnancies etc. LYNN SPEARS IS A BENEDICT ARNOLD!

109. Do we really need to care about what these Hollywood Slutsketeers are doing. I look at things this way, what is the benefit to me or society in this case? Lets focus on what is important, gas prices, the war, the loss of lives, the environment, the need to eliminate cancer, diabetes etc. Come on lets stop this nonsense and put all this energy in to something positive, this really is not our concern, its actually just sad that two peole who are not mature to handle kids had them....Money can not buy brains, happiness and love....lets concentrate on something positive.......

110. I feel so bad for Britney. Having two kids close together is hard and you feel like you lose yourself! (AS i have experienced myself). K-FED is totally hooking up with Shar again. I saw her in an interview and the way she talked about him was sick. HE IS such a user!!! SHAR get him out of the SACK before he STEALS your money too!! P.S. K-FED get a REAL job instead of riding your WOMAN FOR ALL THEY GOT!!!!!
