A woman who says she was in the car Lindsay Lohan was chasing the night she was arrested for her second DUI has sued the troubled actress, saying Lohan "put me through one of the most frightening experiences of my life." 
According to the suit, Tracie Rice was in the SUV driven by Michelle Peck, the mother of LiLo's former assistant. Rice says she "was convinced that their lives were in danger and that they had to outrun the pursuing car or they might be killed." The night of the incident, Rice claims Peck was so terrified at being chased by Lohan that she drove through a barricade and into the parking lot near the Santa Monica Police Station. Rice says she jumped out of the Cadillac Escalade and ran toward police officers and saw a woman, who turned out to be Lohan, run from another SUV toward her. "Police officers approached all of them with guns drawn," the suit said.
The suit was filed today in Los Angeles County Superior Court. She's suing LiLo for intentional infliction of emotional distress, and also seeks unspecified damages and payment of medical and other expenses.
As TMZ first reported, three men in the car with Lindsay that night say she commandeered a car and took them hostage.

#78. why do you assume that because the boys have no history they are telling the truth without questioning the statements? Lohan has been Low Key since that night apparently at rehab and will start having to face the lights this month in multiple courtroom viewings. I am waiting to see the facts. The boys stories of the night have several questionable inconsistencies which will be disected in court. Having said that, I hope that justice will be served. I don't like drunk stoners driving wildly in the streets. You're also very right, it is amazing that no-one was hurt in this situation, but apparantly that is not enough for Tracie Rice. She will have to stand up and prove herself as well, What was Michelle Peck's responsibility into this situation as well as Lindsays?
Also how can someone who does not know you, does not know you are a passenger in the vehicle cause "Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress? Where Was the Intent to harm you personally? She was chasing her assistant? (God This is a stupid situation, she should go to jail just for causing this much havoc) Shouldn't the charge read "Un-Intentional infliction of emotional distress?)
Why would anyone be surprised that if you bust through a barricade into a parking lot with police officers, jump out and run at them that they wouldn't pull there guns? It was the middle of the night. They can't just stand there and wait for someone to take advantage of them either. Anyway, I really hope that all parties involved in this fiasco are held accountable for their actions. This is about the law being upheld, not about personal gain. The lawsuits actually in my opinion really diminish the quality of the accusations.
Maybe if Lindsay got O.J to do the driving for her she would have been in and out of that scene in just minutes, this would have never even reached court. By the way if it did, Lindsay would get off because O.J is now more famous for killing his wife and Ron Goldman then ever before. Maybe Lindsay and O.J can make a movie together and call it THE GLOVE DOESN'T FIT HAVE HER TRY IT ON.
This woman is just ridiculous. I hear news journalist often referring to her as a kid. Lindsay is no kid and hasn't been a kid for sometime. She is an indulged celebrity. One of the people who was allegedly in rehab with her spoke on TV about how once Lindsay came to the facility the other people in rehab had to stay out of her way. And how she never came to group counseling or mingled with the other people. This person said even in rehab she didn't want to drop the celebrity status. I just find all of this focus on these trolls disheartening. Can we use the space to focus on some of the new actors coming along. Maybe we can really bring sexy back. Drunk and drugged celebrities ain't sexy.

I am not a Lindsey Lohan fan. However, I defend Lindsey in this incident on the basis that Lindsey's assistant's boyfriend was one of four dudes who showed up at Lindsey's house to party. Wink - wink! use your imagination to figure out what four less-than-stellar Pharmacists were doing at this party. This whole cast of characters is insane.
As for the law firm involved - They are known by their reputation. I won't say what I am really thinking because they would be quick to sue for some sort of perceived blemish to their professional reputation. Simply - where there is blood - the Sharks circle (Opri, Allred, Wasserman, Marcus, Kaplan - birds of a feather!) . This plaintiff should be ashamed of herself for filing this action when the courts need to address victims of genuine Civil Rights violations. She is what gives the Law profession the bad reputation.

i agree, a frivolous law suit just looking to pile on and cash in. Although Lindsay's behavior was wrong, so is this lawsuit. Two wrongs don't make a right!
Sometimes bad things happen to good people; it's called life. Not every "bad" thing should be parlayed into a paycheck. This lady wasn't physically harmed in any way. She isn't out any money, except what she may have spent on a shrink in anticipation of building a case for this lawsuit.
It's time to tone down the rhetoric. Nobody was actually physically hurt that night. Maybe ther could have been, but they weren't. "Coulda-woulda-shoulda" doesn't cut it as an excuse to look for a csh windfall. Just be thankful you're okay & accept that things don't always go your way.
The criminal justice system will deal with Lindsay.
