131. I agree with the husband. My friend just lost her father because some teenage jerk was behind the wheel talking on a cell phone and speeding and failed to stop at a stop sign and he was killed. It was said that Brandy was not driving responsively and she killed someone with her car. I don't know what kind of people blog here but it seems to me that a little compassion should be given to the man and his kids who lost his wife and their mother. I would be angry too if I saw the person who just killed one of my family members partying and drinking it up and literally having a good time, when my loved one is now dead. No matter how you can justify it, its just not right to be in the spotlight now when you just ended someone's life only a few months ago. I understand that she has to go on with her life, but it still does not take away the anger anyone would feel if it was their family who was dead. I want to see how these people here would react if it was their mother, father, husband wife or kids. I bet they would be the first one calling for blood. I don't know what has happened to people today but its a sad, sad world when people can find fault with the victim and not the person who caused the whole thing to happen, accident or not she still killed someone's wife and mother. i HOPE IT NEVER HAPPENS TO ANYONE OF YOU!!!!

134. All that really seems clear is that she may have been driving too close for conditions, or was perhaps inattentive, as all other negligence and impairment seems to have been disproved. I actually thought she had been laying pretty low for awhile, and her recent sightings were quite low-key (with her brother and his friend, for example), as well. If she is found at fault, then she will pay, whether criminally or civilly. If not, and until then, sheis free to live her life as she pleases, without judgment. On her worst day, however, she isn't as vulgar and offensive as 90% of the other female celebrities her age, so there just seems to be no pleasing some ambulance chasers and haters.

135. Give me a break...it was an ACCIDENT that happened over 8 months ago! She is a famous person who is going to be photographed...that is not her fault. It's not like she's hosting the Oscars or doing a publicity tour for a new album...she is just living her life!

All of you talking about how she "killed" someone and how karma is going to get her...let's see what you have to say if God forbid you were put in that situation...I'm sure you would want mercy. I'm sure she doesn't take the situation likely, nobody would...but everyone that decides to drive a vehicle knows that there is a risk involved.
