32. For those of you who dont think a full-time mother should get permanat spousal support, here is my question. If an average mom stays at home for 18 years to raise thier kids, all different ages, lets say they cant afford day-care, so dad keeps working, and mom is at home taking care of the house and cooking,cleaning,driving kids ofr 18 years, and lets say at age 50 her husband decides to ditch her after 20 years of marriage. At this point maybe she is too old to get anything substantial job-wise, but because she has been home, the husband was able to advance his career, and life will go on as he has always known it. This is not fair.

34. You know it is really sad to see the way things can get so twisted. Just a short time ago we see video of David sloppy slobbering nasty drunk that I had to look away everytime they showed it because it made me sick to see it and to know that his own daughter filmed it and then he can go to court and get custody??? Sad times we're living in. I guess its true that money can do just about anything.

36. Well, here goes: the Hoff's daughters were able to state in court what their wishes were at their ages...that's the bottom line...and, apparently, their wishes were to live with their father. Opri? Just wants publicity. The spousal support and property? Sure, spousal support and division of assets accordingly with the law of California.
This was a public and messy divorce/custody battle. While I was taken back by the video of the Hoff taken by his daughter, I wonder what the video would have shown inside of Mrs. Hoff's residence/hotel with her children: obviously, the mom has issues. By the way, I'm female.
