Just in case you thought that sub-reality "Hills" F-listers Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt were going to torture us with just the ebb and flow of their outrageously uninteresting lives, think again.

On this morning's On Air with Ryan Seacrest on KIIS-FM, Heidi demonstrated slightly less vocal range and talent than Bai Ling as she unveiled her new single "Body Language." Then, as though that weren't enough, Spencer -- whose whiteness makes Vanilla Ice look like Jesse Jackson -- flexed his hip-hop talent by rapping.


According to Heidi, "Body" is dance/urban-inspired (she's down like that yo) and she hopes it's played in clubs -- except people won't dance, they'll run for the door! Heidi better hope that the stars are deaf when it comes to this single.

93. Lauren always has an agenda with anyone who she is threatened by: ie: Kristin C, the NYC intern, Heidi etc.... She totally smears people so she can be on top. Lauren made it impossible for Heidi to stay friends with her. SHe is ridiculous. Even if Spencer and Heidi did leak the sex tape its because Lauren was pushed her so far. Lauren has been a royal bitch to Heidi. I think Spencer is so f'n funny and he never did anything THAT BAD. We did not see him sniffing coke like JW or abusing her. Let Heidi and Spencer live their lives.
How bout the new winner Justin Bobby, the seems lilke he tries really really hard to be Johnny Depp. He is such an ass but he makes me laugh too, he was so rude and could have cared less. God I need a life, can't beleive I care to write about these people

95. I don't know them. No, this is not them. What gets me heated is that the majority of people have no clue what goes on behind the seens. Also, that they don't see LC's lttle bitchy and unfair ways. Its all about her. Heidi and Spencer are kinda funny and seem totally harmless.
LC was smearing their names for a while, so even if they did leak the cracker boring sex tape, they problably were pushed so far by her.

99. Yes Spencer is funny, in fact he is hilarious. The way he tried to pass that hunk of cheap costume jewelry off as real was the funniest thing I have seen in a while. In fact everyone is still laughing about it.

I can't really tell if the vocals are Heidi's or not b/c they've been so heavily computerized...like others have said, I'd love to see her sing this live with no backup track. Is the guy rapping really Spencer? The way I read the piece on TMZ I thought Spencer rapped on the radio, not on this song...if it is him, it doesn't sound like him at all. I don't think this song is even judgable, b/c no one's REAL voices are on it. But I will say one thing...I hope it is Spencer rapping, and I hope the single is successful enough on the radio to result in a music video...b/c how hilarious would that BE? Hahahahahahahahaha

101. Bnz, there IS a sex tape. Yawwnnn. Lauren's "Handlers" made sure to dispose of it.
I never said Heidi was a perfect friend, but Lauren also moved out on heidi for JW. Lauren also lied about Spencer "Yelling at her." He was being nice -
She also was a bitch to Heidi last season. What I am saying is you don't see all sides! Lauren also went after Stephen when he was clearly Kristen's boytoy.
It is evident Lauren is jealous. Simple as that & needs to be queen bee.
