80. If you go to the Kitson shop website, the Paris Hilton line of clothes are very tacky looking and definitely not well made. The tops look like fake satin pillowcases, cheaply sewn together. The gold dress (of which PH is wearing) looks like it is made of thin, flat papery sequins, like the ones sold in WalMart.

The clothes have no shape (except for the jeans) and I definitely would not wear Paris Hilton's face on a tee shirt (which are also for sale).

If Paris Hilton actually designed these clothes, she knows nothing about design. I expect to see the entire line in a heavily discounted store before long.

If you read the posts, you would see that many of us do donate to charity. Also, the article states that Kitson -- not Paris -- donated 20% of the entire day's profits. (Apparently, TMZ reported this story incorrectly initially, which is why many posters commented about 10% of the "proceeds" coming from Paris. ) Profits are profits -- not sales. This means that Kitson donated a percentage of the sale less all of the costs: costs of the clothing, advertising, and a host of other overhead expenses. So that $20,000 you mentioned is waaay too high -- for Kitson that is.

86. I just went to the Kitson website and tried to e-mail them about the skank and they are not taking e-mails at the moment.... wonder why? She does not have to prove anything to anyone.

Paris is rich to beging with and, obviously, shwe has more projects in the works than anyone else we know.

89. Paris is doing something good. Can't you simple minded people see that? Self serving or not, some good comes of it. BTW, I was at this clothing launch and all I can say is that I was surprised at the how nice Paris was and how much time she devoted to the fans outside even though everyone was told that there would be no photos or autographs. She was every bit a polite and beautiful woman. If you are fooled by the her act of the sensationalism of the press them the jokes on you. There is a great woman in there.
