Pervy Pap Creeps Up Paris' Skirt

Some photogs go to serious lengths to get their shot. Others, like this degenerate, just take the lowest road possible, literally.

Paris strolled through a parking lot with the usual retinue of snapperazzi, but most of them, with the exception of this unidentified upskirt-chaser, were getting shots of her face.

Fine, perhaps he's an orthopedic surgeon doing a study of her femoral condyles. Yeah, that's it.

241. Why is this an important story? lol....It doesn't even look like the lens cap is off the camera... Nor does it look like it was pointed UP her skirt or even in her exact direction. If anything, he might have got a good shot of the back of her knee/shin area... It also doesn't look like his finger was even on the button to TAKE the photo... Listen, I think the paps are total idiots most of the time but it doesn't appear this guy is actually deserving of being called a 'perv' and all that stuff... Just sayin'! :-)

242. I totally think this is an important issue. How come photographers who work for magazines and journalists have restrictions they must follow, but paparazzi don't? How come any high school drop-out with a camera who's willing to be a total a**hole gets payed more than people who work hard to get through college? Why don't paparazzi have to have licenses like all other kinds of the press do? Why don't these bastards get fined when they so obviously cross the line? How many times have I gotten a magazine (of any kind) for one story, that doesn't have anything to do with celebrity crotch shots, just to find that the editors snuck them in anyway? Paparazzi should be fined for sexual harassment just as much as any other human being... that IS assuming that they are human.

243. It doesn't matter if the man was aiming for a butt shot, crotch shot or thigh shot....he did what he did. The fact of the matter was that it was rude and thoughtless.

From what I have seen and heard, Paris has always been polite and friendly to the Paps., giving them what they want and in return they are usually polite to her.

What is this man's problem? I guess just plain disrespectful could explain his actions.

244. From the way he is holding the camera, it looks as if he is adjusting a lens or somthing.
He is not actually taking a photographs. He is just fiddling with his camera while she wlks by - in other wordts, it's a storm in a teacup.... Anyway, this photo would be so much better with her face blocked out.... Attractive she is not, not from any angle.......
