19. The "racist" is by definition, the one preoccupied with race as an issue. The racist with the camera and his friend should be arrested for intentionally taking actions to disturb the peace.

If this pre-occupation with shades of skin color, gender, religion and other ethnic backgrounds continues, we will find ourselves living in the social chaos of the middle east. Imposing your values on others insures your loss of personal freedom.

20. I think the paps overstep their bounds when they are taunting people. It is one thing to stand there and take their pictures and ask them to look your way for a shot while it is another to continually provoke and taunt someone.

22. No, the question isn't what the hell is wrong with Brad, it's what the hell is wrong with you people?! Just because you're a celeb doesn't mean you should put up with the ridiculous crap these so called "loser" photogs do. I don't care who you are, you talk @$#%, you deserve what you have coming to you. They (the paparazzi - tmz trash) need to be smacked down. The country needs to step up, and yeah, the celebs are stars, but that doesn't mean they have no rights. I say strip these camera freaks' priviledges, pass laws blocking most of this crap. I mean look at these people, they get a hard one over terrorizing celebs to the point where they snap or breakdown, for what? to get a few $$money$$ shots? They help to ruin careers and all you people buy and support this type of trash....only in america. land of the %@#@$ money hungry. nothing but corruption.

23. I'm starting to think TMZ is written by a group of 12 year olds. First there was the grouping of Catherine Zeta Jones in the basically elderly hot women photos, and then you make some snide comment about Carmen Elektra being 36 and in a bikini. I just hit 31 myself, guess its time to whip out the depends, the geritol, the orthopedic shoes, and start drinking ensure for breakfast. I thought I had another good 30 or 40 years before such things were to befall me, but I guess it’s all over. Thanks TMZ.

27. I would have hit him too! This should really be ilegal! Imagine coming out of a restaurant and having someone taunt you and being called a racist...FOR WHAT! 29. I still can't see why Brad is being called a racist ? What they should call him is a bully for hitting someone that he knew would not hit back.He should of hit the right guy the other guy must of been bigger than him.He just wanted to make TMZ. 30. I don't blame Brad for getting upset, he was being taunted. Notice he was fine and smiling until that jerk started calling him racist. Maybe he thought the guy he smacked was the one that called him that. But at any rate I wouldn't have blamed him for hitting the guy that said that. But I still don't get why he's being called a racist either??
