Wrong it shuld not be fair at all they said no lawsuit filed cuz he camera is okay ontv the oter day WOW!!!!! that is a messed up situation....kill our cameraman but leave y camera alone. and to thew guy that said the celebs should carry mace I think the phtogs should carry the name of a lawyer, just incase some pompous I am awesome thnkin celeb tries to Attack.... unlss they re filing a new discovery film... as for Britney Spears? he was weird as a mouseter andshe is sill weird. and Nobod should care abut er life or her divorce outside of her fmily and close friends, have a messy figh ith yourspouse in a night club youget arrested if you are a celeb you get fee publicity. 37. i can not believe why these cameramen think it is okay to use those high powered flashes when there is a young child ( ANY YOUNG CHILD ) in the shot. adult eyes may not be affected too much but the chidren are not able to squint or blink as an adult could the poor kids stare right into the flash NOT GOOD FOR GROWING EYEBALLS!!!!!!

38. SOME LIGHT ON THE BRAD GARRETT SUBJECT; A lot of things have been twisted around. If you watch the video, what you don't see is Brad being interviewed by a crowd of photographers about a month before, one of the photographers was the black man shouting in this video background. Brad made a remark to him, "Wow, I didn't know there were black people in Malibu", commenting on how white Malibu is. The guy took it as a racist comment and has said that Brad said many things after this, but none has been confirmed and the camera guy's quote keeps changing so it's not accurate. Now fast forward to the video. Brad is walking a woman back to his car, is surrounded by paps, and this same photographer is telling him that he has more black people with him tonight. Brad, being a comedian, says, "I know, when did you get out?" trying to be funny. Again the guy gets offended and this is when he started shouting at Brad that he's a racist. Brad is visibly aggitated and tries to just unlock his escorts side of the car and get out of there. The TMZ photographer is right up in his face and is blocking Brad's way. Brad says "Excuse me." twice to the guy, gets no response trying to be polite, then swats at the camera to get out of his face. He didn't "bitch-slap" anyone, nor did he hit the wrong guy. The camera is in his face and he is trying to get a path cleared to help the woman in his car. Watch the video again now that you've heard the real story, and you will see that I am right on the mark.
I also know Brad. I belong to one of the MANY charities that Brad supports and have met him several times. Listen to me....... HE'S A GREAT GUY!!!! He's warm, geniune and a true gentleman in every sense of the word. He's anything but a racist, he supports charities that help all races of people. I've seen him get down on his knees and play with kids of all color at the St. Judes Hospital, signing Nemo posters and DVDs for the kids and chatting with their family members. It really bothers me to think that Brad could actually be labeled as a racist by one ignorant man who couldn't take a little humor about his race. Truly sad. Please don't let this happen. The only people who will benefit will be the leaches that hound people every day.
